| Objective To observe the treatment of Xin-Yi capsule on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injured rats,and to explore the correlation of Rho/Rho kinase signaling pathway and myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods SD rats were randomized into six groups, such as the model group(the same volume of distilled water), the Xin-Yi Capsule high, medium and low dose groups(at the daily dose of 8.4 g /kg, 4.2 g /kg and 2.1 g /kg), the control groups(compound danshen dripping pills,at the daily dose of 30 mg/kg), sham group(the same volume of distilled water), Successive administration for 7 days.After the last administration, the rats were treated by closing the left anterior descending coronary artery for 30 min and then releasing it for 120 min under anesthesia.S-T segment change was recorded,Blood samples were collected from the abdominal vein of the animals, and the serum was collected for the measurement of CK-MB、LDH、MCP-1、IL-6、SOD、MDA by ELISA, myocardium tissue morphology was measured by HE staining.
