| Objective: To explore the effects of moxibustion on immune system of asthma and provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of asthma through observing the indexes of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ T lymphocytes and serum IgE, IL-1, IL-1ra.Methods:30 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,asthma model group and moxibustion group, a total of 3 groups,10 rats in each group.To detect all rats level of T cell subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and serum IgE,IL-1,IL-1ra after moxibustion. Model group and treatment group were sensitized by OVA to replicate the model of asthma. The moxibustion group rats were given moxibustion treatment at the points of Feishu and Shenshu, alternating of moxibustion, moxibustion 30 min every day for a time, a total of 14 days,while normal group and model group were not treated after the model of asthma was replicated successfully.All rats in each group were sacrificed after moxibustion.The level of serum IgE,IL-1,IL-1Ra were detected by ELISA and the content of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ T lymphocytes were detected by flow cytometry assay.Then the lung tissue was taken to observe under optical microscope.Results:1.Compare to the normal group,the level of CD8+T lymphocyte, serum IgE and IL-1were all increased(P<0.01).2.Compare to the model group,The level of CD8+T lymphocyte, serum IgE and IL-1in moxibustion group were all decreased(P<0.05)3.Compared with the model group, the level of CD4+T lymphocyte,the CD4+/ CD8+value and serum IL-1Ra were increased(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.It is proved that intraperitineal injecting and breathing atomizated egg albumin with aluminium hydroxide consecutively can replicate rat model of asthma successfully.2. The CD3+,CD8+T lymphocytes and serum IgE, IL-1 levels were significantlyincreased after the asthma model was established.3. Moxibustion may play a important role in the treatment of asthma which could reduce the level of IgE, CD8+T cells and IL-1 and increase the level of CD4+T cells,the CD4+/ CD8+ value and serum IL-1Ra. |
