Objective The subject is consists of literature material and the medical record data. It is the first time to researching the treating stroke of ancient and modern literature about the representative physicians of Xin’an Wang Family. After systematic collection, screening,the subject is to extract the four representative physicians medical’s thoughts,characteristic therapies and clinical experience. At the same time the application of computer technology which served for statistical analysis and summary data, has made the information reached a high level of standardization.Methods1)By using the basis of literature, reference of monographs, citation traceability and collection of retrieval methods, the paper hackle with the generations of physicians in order to understand the stroke, the concept, etiology and pathogenesis, special treatment and prescription and medication style etc.2)By finishing the representative physicians of the Xin’an Wang Family on treating stroke, and combined with the adequate clinical case analysis,the aim of the paper is to extract the physicians medical thoughts, characteristic therapies and clinical experience.3)By Analyzing and summarizing the TCM inheritance system,which used by Xin’an Wang Family clinical experience, is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine for entry,administration,search and analysis of the prescriptions.Results The Xin’an Wang Family have the consistency and further development, which offer some direction and thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Wang Zhongqi attaches great importance to the channels and collaterals, branch,root, asthenia and asthenia. He Claims that prevention is more important than treatment.What’s more, regulating Qi and activating blood, he emphasizes prevention and treatment of diseases, processing and formulation in the clinic.Wang Renzhi attaches importance to the Chinese and Western integration method,superficial and radical therapy, analysis of major and minor sides. In clinical practice,with regulating Yin and Yang, he focuses on Qi and blood; supply the kidney essence,the therapy of calming wind and dredging collaterals.Wang Letao claims the classic ways by refined medication magical efficacy from simplicity. He invigorates the circulation of blood, calmes liver-wind, reinforcement and elimination in combination.My teacher Wang attaches great importance to the syndrome and disease,consolidates vital base and supplementing primordial qi in terms of reinforces spleen and kidney.
