| Inflammatory Bowel Disease(IBD)as a metabolic disease,is related to intestinal flora, genetics and the immune system.A large number of clinical data suggests that among many factors that conduce to the pathogenesis of IBD,intestinal microbiota plays an important role in occurrence and exacerbation of inflammation in the gut.CGMP is a resource of bovine bioactive protein, which has been proved to have a beneficial effect in the proliferation of probiotics and inhibit the growth of pathogens.Oxazolone was applied to set up mice model of ulcerative colitis.Fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH)techniques combined with DNA staining and Ion Torrent sequencing technology were used to detect the modulation of CGMP on intestinal flora in ulcerative colitis of mice, aiming to investigate the effect of CGMP improving ulcerative colitis of mice. Results: The data was analyzed with statistical method and the experimental results showed that marked structural changes discovered in the gut microbiota with ulcerative colitis of mice, showing the reduction of intestinal diversity and decline of some advantage bacterium group.Proper dose of CGMP(50mg/kg·d)could promote the growth of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Bacteroides and Clostridium coccoides-Eubacterium rectale and reduce the number of Enterobacter,Enterococcus simultaneously. Conclusion: CGMP could improve ulcerative colitis through modulation of the intestinal imbalances. The mechnasim is that CGMP could maintain the barrier function by increasing the proportion of some key flora and improving the diversity of intestinal microbiota. |
