| Objective: To test our reproductive center in male patients semen sperm DNA integrity and the relationship between semen routine parameters, carry on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer technique and clinical outcomes. On patients with sperm DNA integrity in assessing fertility and predictive value of clinical outcome after assisted reproductive technology. Methods: In 60 cases of male infertility patients to our hospital for regular semen test, take some semen using sperm chromatin dispersion(SCD) to detect sperm DNA integrity.Calculate the degree of sperm DNA fragments of sperm DNAfragmentation index(DFI). At the same time, according to the situation of female individual patients in in vitro fertilization(IVF), record the fertilization and embryo development.Using SPSS17.1 to DFI) with normal semen parameters and clinical outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation between Person correlation analysis and single factor variance analysis. Results: 1、Sperm DFI and rate of sperm activity, forward movement, the former is negatively related to the movement, namely the higher DFI, sperm activity rate, the lower the forward movement, the forward movement; Positively related to the fixed rate of sperm,in other words, the higher the DFI, motionless sperm than the columns of the corresponding is also higher. 2、Divided sperm DFI into group A(DFI≤10%)and group B(10% < DFI< 30%), group C(DFI>30%), and the corresponding semen parameters on the single factor analysis of variance analysis.Welch tested after revised, you can see sperm activity rate, forward movement, the forward movement, motionless sperm exist significant difference under the DFI group, sperm concentration under the DFI group did not differ significantly. Sperm activity rate, forward movement, the forward movement of the differences between performance(DFI≤10%)in the first group is the largest, the B group(10% < DFI< 30%)second, the C group(DFI>30%).That is to say, the sperm activity rate, forward movement, the forward movement is most active when pieces of sperm rate of 10 or less, most inactive in sperm debris rate of 30 or more. Motionless sperm rate differences in performance, the C group > the B group > the A group. 3、Fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high quality embryo rate(P>0.05)shows the three variables that there was no significant difference in under the DFI group. Conclusion: Sperm DNA testing has correlation with normal semen parameters, can be in clinical effect on the guidance of semen routine detection is more stable, but for the later of the assisted reproductive technology can play a role in advance evaluation, an associated with IVF clinic the outcome, also need large sample of prospective experiments were discussed. |
