Explore The Theory Of Nasal Five-part Pattern Syndrome Differentiation From The Emotional Angle

Objective; Investigate the normal people, nasosinusitis patients, epistaxis patients,postoperative nasosinusitis patients through the emotional questionnaire, comparing the total scores,positive scores and so on.Then analyze whether there exist any differences on emotion between these groups, combining with the theory of ’Nasal five-part pattern syndrome differentiation to discuss and reveal the essence of ’Nasal five-part pattern syndrome differentiation’from the emotional angel.Methods:In this topic,the investigators were divided into four groups:30 cases in the normal group;30 cases in the nasosinusitis group;30 cases in epistaxis group;30 cases in postoperation group.All groups were investigated with the emotion questionnaire,then integrate and analyze the data with the method of chi-square test,rank sum test and so on, do the descriptive analysis through SPSS to learn the emotional differences of four groups.Results:1) All these differences of anxiety,depression,hostility,paranoia scores between four groups have statistical significance (P<0.05);but the differences of terror scores between four groups do not have statistical significance.2)The scores of anxiety,depression,hostility,paranoia scores between nasosinusitis group and normal group are different, these differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of nasosinusitis group are higher.3)Comparing the anxiety,depression,hostility,terror,paranoia scores between epistaxis group and normal group,these differences do not have statistical significance(P >0.05).4)The scores of anxiety,depression,hostility,paranoia scores between nasosinusitis group and epistaxis group are different and these differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of nasosinusitis group are higher.5) The scores of depression,hostility scores between postoperative nasosinusitis group and normal group are different, these differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of postoperative nasosinusitis group are higher.6) The scores of anxiety,depression, paranoia scores between nasosinusitis group and postoperative nasosinusitis group are different, these differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of nasosinusitis group ars higher.7) The differences of positive scores in anxiety,depression,paranoia of different time group of postoperation have statistical significance(P<0.05).While the differences of terror,hostility do not (P<0.05).With the time growth after operation, the proportion of positive scores in anxiety,depression,paranoia increase;the percentages are 91.75%、68.02%、71.14% after 7 months later.The increasing trend of anxiety and depression become noticeable after 7 and 9 months.The highest positive score of paranoia occurs after 9 months.Conclusion:1) The anxiety,depression,hostility,paranoia of nasosinusitis patients are more serious than the normal people,which is to some extent corresponding to the theory’the middle turbinate and the middle nasal passages have the exterior and interior relationship with liver and gallbladder’.2) The nasal sinus operations can relieve the emotional symptoms of nasosinusitis patients in certain extent and time.3) With time past,the anxiety,depression,paranoia emotions will reoccur in most of postoperative patients. So it is so important to control the change of the emotion and prevent recurrence after operations by checking nose regularly,regulating the shaoyang function with Chinese therapies,etc.
