Head Through The Hole With Common Acupuncture Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Anxiety Disorders After Stroke

Objective:This project use the head through holes with common acupuncture treatment of anxiety disorders after stroke, which aims to head through holes with common acupuncture combination of these two kinds of effective acupuncture method and clinical application of acupoint optimum combination, to achieve the desired effect, of the acupuncture treatment maximally alleviate symptoms,to improve the quality of life,reduce the economic burden of patients,to improve the clinical curative effect to lay a solid foundation for the treatment of PSAD.Methods:This topic selection of 60 patients with clinical diagnosis of stroke anxiety,all cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases,between the two groups of gender,age, course of the disease and no difference between the basic nature of the disease. Treatment group with head acupuncture point acupuncture with common acupuncture treatment,the control group with common acupuncture treatment,each group before and after treatment by Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),self-evaluation of Zung’s anxiety scale (SAS) and life self-care ability assessment rating Barthel index (BI),and then compare and assess,the overall effect of observation group patients.Result:Head through hole method combined with common acupuncture to improve the symptoms of anxiety disorders after stroke patients with mental and physical symptoms,sleep and life self-care ability were improved significantly. From the comparative effectiveness after treatment, treatment group cure 12 people,better 16 people,2 is invalid,the total effective rate was 93.33%(P<0.05), the control group cure 9 people,better 14 people,7 people, the total effective rate was 76.67%(P<0.05), the result shows that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:After the head through the hole method with ordinary acupuncture treatment of anxiety disorders effective, small relapse rate.Treatment groups were patients with anxiety disorders after stroke symptom scoresimprove the role of the treatment group than the control group.There are good prospects for clinical application.
