Literature Study On Sedative Medicine In Oral Prescirptions Of Headache In The Past Dynasties

Object: Through comprehensive and in-depth collecting and organizing prescriptionsof headache from the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine dictionary, use datamining technology, the frequency analysis and clustering analysis, for statistical analysison established databases,so as to summerize law of application about the usage of sedativemedicines in headache in the past dynasties and offer the help in the clinical treatment.Methods: Establish databases by using SPSS19.0after data cleaning, and build adatabase just with oral prescriptions.Using data mining technology, the frequency analysisand clustering analysis, on the database, find the inner connection between sedativemedicines and other herbs to explore law of application about the usage of sedativemedicines in oral prescriptions of headache.Results:13kinds of sedative medicines are found from High-frequency medicines.These13kinds of herbs,in descending order, are ligustrazine，liquorice，Angelicadahurica，Chinese angelica，Flos Chrysanthemi，Gastrodia，Radix Bupleuri，cinnabaris，Poria cocos，Citrus，scorpion，Rhizoma Cyperi，Capejasmine.all these13kinds of sedativemedicines take the proportion of24.2%in High-frequency medicines,and all kinds ofsedative medicines take the proportion of1.3%in the whole database. three couples andfive sets of high-frequency sedative medicines are found through cluster analysis on thetwo databases.Conclusion: The final classification shows that sedative medicines using forheadache are divided into eight categories,of which efficacy are qingxin、buyi、zhengan、huatan、jieyu、huayu、chufan and quxie. The pathogenesis of headache are fenghan、fengre、fengshi、ganyang、shenxu、xueyu、xuexu、qizhi， using the couples and sets ofhigh-frequency sedative medicines can enhance the efficacy of treatment in headache.
