| Obiective:To comparative the curative effect of hematodialysis,hemodialysis and hemoperfusion treatment in patients of hyperphosphatemia. To provide a theoretical basis and treatment programs for chronic renal failure hyperphosphatemia treatment.Methods:Using forward-looking research methods, randomly selected 54 hemodialysis patients. Those patients randomization divided into two groups. One is match group, ordinary laws of 30 patients used hemodialysis (HD) treatment, the other is experimental group,it have 24 patients,used hemodialysis and hemoperfusion (HD+HP) treatment from September 2014 to December 2014 line maintenance hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital hemodialysis centers.TO observe the changes in patients clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters of three months.Results:Law of blood purification therapy three months, both groups serum phosphorus, calcium-phosphorus phosphorus product, PTH, creatinine levels were significantly reduced after treatment.The levels of serum calcium, hemoglobin were not significantly different (P> 0.05).HD and HD+HP group all play a important role in improving hyperphosphatemia, reduce phosphorus product,PTH concentration.The levels of serum phosphorus, calcium-phosphorus phosphorus product, PTH reduce more significant in HD+HP group than in the HD group (P <0.05). HD+HP group can significantly improve pruritus ((P<0.05), the two groups for pain, arrhythmia, pathologic fractures were not improved ((P> 0.05).Concusion:Maintenance hemodialysis patients using HD+HP blood purification treatment methods reach a better curative effect of control serum phosphorus, reducing PTH, improve symptoms.The effect of hyperphosphatemia treatment does not have significant difference. The test results that clinical symptoms were not improved could be biased because of patient selection and the number of patients.Meanwhile,heparin species had no significant effect to the experimental results. |
