Randomized Controlled Trial Of Medical Ozone Patients With Hypertension Associated With Insomnia

Objective:To observe the curative effect and security of medical ozone inpatients with hypertension associated with insomnia.Methods:Using random number table,80patients of hypertension associated with insomnia are divided into two groups. Every group has40cases. The treatment group:conventional antihypertensive therapy plus medical ozone therapy. The control group:conventional antihypertensive therapy plus oral alprazolam tablet. Two weeks as a course, treatment of4weeks, follow up one time. To assess the clinical curative effect by the self-assessment lists of sleeping and count the cases of adverse reactions.Results:The two group of ambulatory blood pressure of pre-post therapeutic are statistically significant(P<0.05); The two group of the systolic and diastolic blood pressure blood drop rate of day and nignt are statistically significant(P <0.05). The scores of the treatment group of pre-post therapeutic are,the scores of the control group pre-post therapeutic are25.75(19.3,32.2)、13.32(10.96,16.58);25.65(19.28,32.02)、15.45(9.77,21.13). The SRSS scores of the two groups before treatment are not statistically significant(P>0.05). The SRSS scores of the two groups after treatment are statistically significant(P<0.05). The SRSS scores of the two groups after treatment are remarkably reduced compared with before treatment, and statistically significant(P<0.05). The obvious effective rate and effective rate of the treatment group are92.5%(37/40、97.5%(39/40), and obviously higher than the control group whose rate are80.0%(32/40)、90.0%(36/40), and are statistically significant(P<0.05).The TESS of scores of the two group after four weeks are (3.9±3.2、(6.5±3.5),and are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical ozone in the treatment of insomnia is a kind of new method which is simple,practical, effective. The effect is better than that of alprazolam, and less adverse reaction, which is easily accepted by patients.
