ObjectivesDiscuss laparoscopic joint choledochoscope for treatment ofcommon bile duct calculi. Methods Will be in our40patientswith common bile duct calculi were randomly divided intolaparoscopy group and the control group, the laparoscopy groupwas given laparoscopic joint choledochoscope lithotomy, control group given conventional laparotomy lithotomy, observetwo groups of patients with intraoperative, and postoperativecomplications.ResultsLaparoscopic operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay werelower than the control group, comparing differences betweengroups was statistically significant (p <0.05or p <0.01);Incision pain and infection rates in laparoscopic group wasobviously lower than the control group, comparing differences between groups was statistically significant (p <0.01).Conclusion1. Laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in common bileduct calculi treatment safe and reliable, and patients withsmall trauma, fast recovery of obvious characteristics.2. Laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in the treatmentof common bile duct stones in patients with shorter operationtime, less intraoperative blood loss, earlier postoperativeexhaust time, postoperative hospitalization time, worthy ofclinical popularization and application.
