Objective:It is to observe the influence of Angelica on the expression of COX-1、COX-2 and NF-KBp65 in a uterine inflammation model in rats. In order to Angelica dahurica can induce inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis of mechanism. Methods:Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:blank control group, model group, Angelica dahurica group and Aspirin group. Uterine inflammation model set up with Aspirin for positive control, using HE staining were observed in rats of various organizations of the uterus, and by immunohistochemical detection of uterine tissue COX-1, COX-2 and NF-KBp65 expression. Results:The model group compared with control group, COX-1, COX-2 and NF-KBp65 was significantly increased(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, Angelica dahurica group COX-1 reduced, but no significant change(P>0.05),COX-2 and NF-KBp65 expression significantly reduced(P<0.05). Compared with Angelica dahurica group,Aspirin group COX-1, COX-2 and NF-KBp65 expression significantly reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion:This experiment confirmed that Angelica dahurica is possible uterine inflammation NF-κBp65 levels, reduced the expression of COX-2 to inhibit prostaglandins synthesis to display the anti-inflammation, the analgesia function, but it reduced the role of COX、NF-κBp65 significantly less than aspirin.
