| Lycium ruthenicum Murr belongs to the Solanaceae medlar(Lycium)perennial Subshrubs,It is a newly discovered wild medicinal plant resource in recent years,mainly distributed in northwest China,Xinjiang,Qinghai,Gansu,Ningxia and o-ther places,and It is resistant to cold,drought,and has strong adaptability to saline soil.The mature fruit is rich in purple pigment,which belongs to the ty-pical original anthocyanin plant pigment and has high economic value and nutritional value.Domestic and foreign studies have found that the anthocyanin Ly-cium ruthenicum has a strong antioxidant effect.It exhibits strong DPPH · free radical scavenging activity and also has anti-aging effects,which is of great significance for human health,However,there are different germplasms in Lyciu-m ruthenicum edulis in desert areas of northwestern China,but there are also great differences in antioxidants between different germplasms,and there is a 1-ack of relevant systematic studies.This causes uncertainty in the use of Lyciu-m ruthenicum edulis drugs.In this thesis,the three germplasms of Lycium ruth-enicum in Qinghai,Wuwei and Minqin were selected as the research object,using different irrigation gradients,systematic studies were carried out on the plant height,stem diameter,number of branches per plant,number of flowers per leaf,and number of leaves per plant chlorophyll dynamic effects of other growth indicators;To investigate the effect of moisture on the antioxidant activ-ity of enzymes and SOD,POD,CAT,MD A and electrical conductivity of leaves and fruits of Lycium ruthenicum;To investigate the effects of moisture on the yield,water content,totalash content,leachables,anth ocyanins,procyanidins,polysaccharides,total flavonoids,protein and VC in fruits of Lycium rutheni-cum;In addition,antioxidant enzymes in blood and liver tissues were measuredby antioxidant experiments in mice to detect the antioxidant capacity of Lycium ruthenicum(T-AOC,SOD,CAT,MDA,GSH-PX).The main conclusions aresu-mmariz ed as follows:1.At I1(low irrigation),I2(middle irrigation),I3(high irrigation)levels,the height of the three germplasms of Lycium ruthenicum was positively correlated with irrigation volume.The growth trend is rapid growth,slow growth,decline.There was a significant difference between the three(P<0.05),Gq>Gw>Gm,plant heights up to 101.20cm,86.40cm,56.07cm;The stem diameter was positively correlated with irrigation volume,and the trend was rapid growth to slow growth,with significant difference(P<0.05),Gq>Gw>Gm;There was a positive correlation between the number of branches per plant and the amount of irrigation,both showing a significant difference from rapid increase to slow increase(P<0.05),Gq>Gw>Gm;There was a positive correlation between the number of single flowering and the amount of water irrigation,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),Gq>Gw>Gm,and the number of flowers was 127,111,73.The leaf area was affected by the amount of irrigation water and there was no significant difference in the whole growth stage,the leaf area increased rapidly from May to June,Gq>Gw>Gm.The total chlorophyll content depends on the chlorophyll a and b,which are converted to each other at different times.In general,Gq>Gw>Gm.2.The SOD and POD were all positively related to irrigation volume,The content was highest on June 27th,with significant difference(P<0.05),both were Gq>Gw>G m,SOD content was 917.80U/gFW,915.91U/gFW,and 914.65U/gFW,POD content is 160.02U/gFW,113.52U/gFW,93.92U/gFW in order.The CAT was positively correlated with irrigation volume,and it was highest on June 27th and at 12 level,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),both were Gq>Gw>Gm,and the contents were 1.60 U/gFW and 1.30U/gFW,1.23U/gFW;The content of MDA was negatively correlated with irrigation volume,the content was the lowest on June 27,with significant difference(P<0.05),Gm>Gw>Gq,and the content was 0.37μmol/gFW,0.29μmol/gFW,0.24μm ol/gFW;The content of relative electrical conductivity has negatively correlated with water irrigation,on June 27,content reaches the lowest,exist significant differences(P<0.05),Gm>Gw>Gq.Influence on fruit,the results showed that the trend of antioxidant enzymes and blade.3.The irrigation water is positively correlated with the yield,There are significant diffe rences in unit area fresh weight,dry weight per unitarea,fresh single plant and dry weight of single plant,Gq>Gw>Gm;100-grain weight was positively correlated with irrigation amount,there was significant difference(P<0.05),Gq>Gw>Gm;There was a positive correlation between dry-back rate and irrigation amount,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),Gm>Gw>Gq;Moisture,total ash,extract content and irrigation water were positively correlated,there are significant differences,I1,I2,I3 level,conforms to the prescribed scope of pharmacopoeia,moisture,extract content is Gq>Gw>Gm;The totalash content is Gm>Gw>Gq;The content of anthocyanin,procyanidins and total flavonoids were positively correlated,and there were significant differences among the three germplasms(P<0.05),Gq>Gw>Gm,anthocyanin content was 2.72mg/g,2.59mg/g,2.58mg/g,and the content of proanthocyanine was 48.13mg/g in that order,35.09mg/g,34.05mg/g,total flavonoid content was 2.63%,2.51%,2.39%;There was a negative correlation between polysaccharide content and irrigation volume,there was a significant difference between the three germplasms(P<0.05),Gq>Gw>Gm,polysaccharide content was 10.21%,6.82%,and 6.31%;There was a negative correlation between protein content and irrigation volume,there was a significant difference among the three germplasms(P<0.05),Gq>G w>Gm,the contents were 6443.16ug/g,5033.49ug/g and 4010.51ug/g;There was apositive correlation between VC content and irrigation amount,there were significant differ ences among the three germplasms(P<0.05),Gq>Gm>Gw,and the contents were 366.44mgprot,318.94mgprot,and 363.32mgprot.4.There were significant differences in T-AOC,SOD,CAT,GSH-PX and MDA in the blood of mice(P<0.05),the content of T-AOC,SOD,CAT and GSH-PX was G q>Gw>Gm,MDA content is Gm>Gw>Gq;There were significant differences in T-AOC,SOD,CAT,GSH-PX and MDA in the liver of mice(P<0.05),The contents of T-AOC,SOD,CAT and GSH-PX were Gq>Gw>Gm,MDA content is Gm>Gw>Gq. |
