In order to push forward the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture,we should carry out the strategy of Rural Revitalization and promote the harmonious relationships between human beings and nature.It is serious such as drought and water shortage,soil desertification and salinization in Northwest China.The ecological environment in this area is fragile and the ecosystem needs to be repaired.On the one hand,planting green manure can promote the reform of agricultural planting structure,and realize the strategy of "storing grain in the ground,and storing grain in the technology".On the other hand,planting green manure can fertilize the soil and beautify the greening ecological environment.At present,a lot of reports have been reported on planting green manure at home and abroad,but the effect of green manure on soil fertility is seldom reported in Yongjing County of Gansu province in northwest arid area.Therefore,taking the cultivated land in Yongjing County of Gansu Province as the research object,this study explored the effect of planting different green manure varieties on soil fertility,aimed at screening the suitable green manure varieties for local planting.It will able to determine the scientific pattern of land cultivation and provide theoretical basis and technical support for promoting the sustainable development of agriculture in the Loess Plateau.The main results are as follows:(1)Compared with pre planting,the average water content of the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers increased by 5.74% and 6.26%,and pH decreased by 2.06% and 2.17% respectively.The contents of available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium increased by 16.61% and 9.63%,23.92% and 29.28%,26.88% and 14.92% in the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers respectively.The contents of total nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium increased by 20.12% and 34.17%,2.26% and 15.53%,2.31% and 2.43% in the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers respectively,the content of organic matter increased by 14.96% and 16.18% in the two soil layers respectively,and the total salt content was reduced by 0.31% and 0.18% in the two soil layers respectively,and the activities of urease,catalase,alkaline phosphatase and nitrate reductase increased by 42.43% and 132.37%,7.10% and 2.18%,21.15% and 19.16%,17.77% and 17.66% in the two soil layers respectively.The quantities of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes increased by 34.84% and 100.66%,44.98% and 42.68%,43.57% and 34.09% in the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers respectively.(2)Compared with the leisure treatment,the soil moisture of planting green manure increased by 0 to 4.97%,pH was reduced by 0.01% to 0.13%,the content of available nitrogen increased by 0 to 0.57%,the content of available phosphorus was raised by 0.8 to 4.99%,the content of available potassium increased by 7.39%~ 30.54%,the total nitrogen content was raised by 6.46%~28.21%,the total phosphorus content was raised by 3.01% to 17.13%,and the total potassium content increased by 2.27% to 3.36%,the content of soil organic matter increased by 0.53% to 8.69%,the soil total salt content decreased by 0.07%~0.11%,soil urease activity increased by 4.29% to 41.84%,catalase activity increased by 2.12% to 12.10%,alkaline phosphatase activity increased 3.62%~33.96%,nitrate reductase activity increased by 3.84%~68.79%,and the quantity of soil bacteria increased by 0.04%~283.13%,the quantity of Fungi reduced by 12.14% to 105.17%.the quantity of actinomycetes increased by 12.14% to 105.17%.(3)Through the determination of soil physical and chemical properties and biological properties,the soil quality of different treatments was evaluated with grey correlation degree.The results showed that the planting of perennial leguminous legume herbage and Astragalus amoeri,the annual soybean pasture hairy vetch and pea had the best effect on soil improvement,which could be used as green land green in this area.Fertilizer is the first demonstration and promotion.
