This research focuses on transplanting of two objects containing“Yatehong”(Lonicera japonica Yatehong LSB)and“Yateqinglei”(Lonicera japonica Yateqinglei LSB),using normal Lonicera japonica as control, explore the variance of growth dynamic, adaptive capacity and antioxidant activity ability etc.of“Yate”Lonicera japonica after transplanting through measuring of photosynthetic indexes, pigment content, marker components and pesticide effect etc.,and therefore provide scientific basis for the scale cultivation of Lonicera japonica in the northwest district, the research and development of food and medical products industry and improving the ecological environment of the northwest. The main research results including:1.Physiological index evaluation of“Yate”Lonicera japonica after transplanting:Lonicera japonica“Yatehong”reached top performance among the three cultivars in the daily changes of photosynthesis, with the highest net photosynthetic rate, and slight influence from the temperature variation of the surrounding environment. The chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin contained in“Yate”Lonicera japonica are 0.75 mg·g-1,0.16 mg·g-11 and 1.10mg·g-1,higher than Lonicera japonica“Yateqinglei”and normal Lonicera japonica. On the other side, the pigment content of the leaf of Lonicera japonica is above the flower and stem, possessed with better recycling potential. The study further shows that, the physiological index Lonicera japonica“Yatehong”after transplanting are well performing.2.Evaluation of the adaptability of“Yate”Lonicera japonica:studied the dynamic change of enzyme activity(SOD,POD,CAT,MDA,Pro,membrane permeability)in Lonicera japonica leaves and flowers, the research results show that normal Lonicera japonica reflects the best resistance ability, and Lonicera japonica“Yateqinglei”reflects good adaptability, which is suitable for transplanting.3.Research over content comparison of effective components in“Yate”Lonicera japonica:using the first and second crop of Lonicera japonica as materials, measuring the content of chlorogenic acid, rutin, isochlorogenic acid A,B,C and quercetin in Lonicera japonica through high-performance liquid chromatography method.Chlorogenic acid:normal Lonicera japonica>Lonicera japonica“Yateqinglei”>Lonicera japonica“Yatehong”;rutin:Lonicera japonica“Yatehong”>Lonicera japonica“Yateqinglei”>normal Lonicera japonica;isochlorogenic acid A,B,C and quercetin:Lonicera japonica“Yateqinglei”>normal Lonicera japonica>Lonicera japonica“Yatehong”.The research shows that Lonicera japonica“Yateqinglei”possess the highest content of effective components.4.evaluation of antioxidant ability of“Yate”Lonicera japonica:the study of antioxidation in vivo used aniracetam as positive control, researched in four aspects of three cultivars over the weight gain rate of senescent female mice induced by D-galactose,organ coefficients, behavioral investigation, the physiological index of the serum and the hepatic tissue. The result reflects that Lonicera japonica“Yatehong”is possessed with better ability of antioxidation in vivo. The study of antioxidative activities used Vc and aniracetam as positive controls, researched the ability of radicals scavenging and the reducing capacity of Fe3+for the three cultivars. The result shows that normal Lonicera japonica could effectively inhibit DPPH free radical, and Lonicera japonica“Yateqinglei”possesses good reducing ability for Fe3+.
