With the rapid development of animal husbandry in China,dry-lot feeding industry increased year by year,the number of livestock increased rapidly.Lack of herbage become a major obstacle to the sustainable development of animal husbandry.forage’s products have the advantages of high yield and good quality,and all kinds of livestock and poultry like to eat them.The efficiency of artificial sowing work is low,unevenly,and the sowing quantity is not easy to control.So,all kinds of Alfalfa seeder emerge as the times require.But in using processing,if the seed metering box is emptied,the clogging of the sundries and the failure of the seed metering device appear,miss-seeding phenomenon will occur.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to design a miss-seeding alarm system.On the basis of analyzing the similar system at home and abroad,a miss-seeding alarm system with compensation function installed on Alfalfa planter is designed.The system uses piezoelectric detection technology,select the STC89C52 micro-controller as the core of intelligent control system,can realize real-time monitoring and display,when monitoring the miss-seeding phenomenon,sowing miss-seeding alarm system will automatically start the he audible and visual alarm,at the same time,the compensation system will begin its resowing work.Then the overall scheme,this paper design the alfalfa miss-seeding alarm system,detailed analysis and design of miss-seeding alarm system hardware and software,the main work is as follows: design the overall program on alfalfa miss-seeding alarm system,including the overall design scheme of hardware and software.And determine the threshold voltage according to the actual situation.Finally,the design of the miss-seeding alarm system has been carried out,so that the reliability and stability of the alfalfa seeder’s miss-seeding alarm system have been greatly improved.The hardware of the missed broadcast alarm system is specifically designed,mainly including sensor module,MCU control module,acoustic-optic alarm module and display module.During The design process the most import things are the selection of components and the design of the related circuits.The miss-seeding compensation system of Alfalfa sowing machine is designed,and the design and Research on the drive control of miss-seeding compensation system are completed on the basis of the principle of miss-seeding compensation.Using C language to write the system software,the system software mainly contain the host program,information acquisition subroutine,acoustic-optic alarm subroutine,display subroutine and missing broadcast compensation subroutine.After overall debugging,the system can work correctly.Experiments show that when the system checks the miss-seeding situation,the LED lights is on,the buzzer rings,and the miss-seeding alarm is issued.The system works stably and is easy to use,and has a certain popularization value.
