Terrarium in vitro is a product of miniature artistic landscape that uses in vitro culture technique to micrify plants with ornamental value, then combinate them with medium and accessories of different colors in a sterile container, finally these factors constitute a kind of miniature artistic landscape. This concept is first proposed by our laboratory. It is a original concept of new type product.Terrarium in vitro is a new micro landscape product based on in vitro culture technology, and it's a new type of micro landscape product based on in vitro culture technology for the shortcomings of the existing micro landscape plant materials, which are single and difficult to handle. In this study,we screened out six species of ornamental plants including wood?herbs and vines. Then the optimum breeding formula was found by adjusting plant growth regulator and other methods.By lowering nutrient and sugar content of the medium,we screened the final micro formula that made the sterile seedlings grow well and slowly.According to the results of the study,we designed a container which is suitable for the growth of Terrarium in vitro and completed the Terrarium in vitro design drawings.Eventually,we developed the end products of Terrarium in vitro, and the cost accounting was carried out.The results of this study are:1.Selection of viewing materials for Terrarium in vitroIn this study,we selected a group of ornamental value, suitable for in vitro culture, and can be used for miniature landscape woody perennial, herbaceous and colorful plants, including: woody material of Albizzia julibrissin, perennial perennial root plant of Dendrobium candidum and herb Bletilla, herbaceous plant of Solenostemon scutellarioides,Liliaceae herbaceous vine plant of lily,Rose in Rosaceae.2.The best disinfection method for the sterile materials of Terrarium in vitroThe best method of disinfection for Terrarium in vitro sterile materials of Albizzia julibrissin is: 95% ethanol soaked 7 min on the surface of pod, discard alcohol, washed with distilled water 3~5 times, and remove the sterile seed to cultivate,The pollution rate was 17%;The best method of disinfection for Terrarium in vitro sterile materials of Solenostemon scutellarioides is: Ultraviolet irradiation of seeds after 20 minutes, with 75% alcohol for 45 s,discard alcohol, washed with distilled water 1~3 times,The pollution rate was 0.3.The proliferation formulation of six species of ornamental plants of Terrarium in vitroThe best proliferation formula of Dendrobium original bulbs is: MS+2 mg/L KT+0.5 mg/L IBA+5% mashed potato+3% sucrose+0.8% agar. The best proliferation formula of Dendrobium stem is: MS+1 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IBA+5% mashed potato+3% sucrose+0.8% agar. The best proliferation formula of Bletilla is: MS+0.5 mg/L IBA+1.5 mg/L KT+3% sucrose+0.8% agar+10% Mashed Potato+10% banana. The best proliferation formula of Rosa chinensis is MS+1 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+3% sucrose+0.8% agar. The best proliferation formula of Albizzia julibrissin is MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L IBA+3% sucrose+0.8% agar. The best proliferation formula of Lily is MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L IBA+3% sucrose+0.8% agar. The best proliferation formula of Solenostemon scutellarioides is: MS+1 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA+3% sucrose+0.8% agar.4.The best microscale formula of 6 kinds of plants is: 1/4 MS.5.The design of special bottle for Terrarium in vitroThis study obtained the practical new type invention certificate: a special bottle for Terrarium in vitro.6.Design and development of Terrarium in vitroUsing Dendrobium candidum and Bletilla as landscape material,we design two type of Terrarium in vitro products which take “Reiki immortality” and “Healing island”as the theme. The price of these products are 8.23 yuan and 7.27 yuan respectively.
