Soil enzyme participates in destruction of organic matter,nutrient cycle,energy transduction of soil environment.And decomposition of soil enzyme restricts the process of energy transduction.Soil enzyme activity reflects the strength and direction of various biochemical process of the soil.Sucrase,urease,cellulose enzyme,acid phosphatase participate in the cycle of soil carbon,nitrogen and other nutrients.Soil enzyme activity of different land use modes for the deep understanding of soil enzyme activity in wetlands provide scientific evidence for the role of carbon,nitrogen cycle.In this paper,selecting natural larch swamp wetland,artificial larch swamps of drainaged forestation,farmland reclaimed from grasslands,abandoned cultivation from farmland as objects,study different types and depth change of soil enzyme activity and trend of activated carbon and nitrogen content;Discussing the influence factors of soil enzyme activity,reveals the influence of the different ways of land use on soil enzyme activity;Analyze component of soil enzyme activity and soil carbon nitrogen correlation of nutrients,to understand the biogeochemical cycle of ecological system and the process of transformation mechanism of Xiaoxing’an Mountain.The main conclusions were as followed:(1)Due to human disturbance of wetlands,soil structure is damaged,hydrothermal conditions change,soil enzyme activity decreased significantly.Farmland reclamation and perennial ploughing has the greatest influence on wetland soil enzyme activity;Abandoned cultivation from farmland can make soil environment must be restored,improve soil enzyme activity.(2)In the vertical section,activity of urease,sucrase,cellulose enzyme and acid phosphatase with profile further decline,quantity of nutrient reduced gradually;PH increases with profile further.(3)Soil enzyme activity can promote the transformation of the DOC,impacting on soil active organic carbon library;MBC determines the number of soil enzyme,fundamentally affect the activity of soil enzyme;The activity of soil enzyme can reflect the conversion rate of NH4+.(4)The correlation of soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient there exist certain differences.Nitrogen as constitute the material basis for the soil enzymes,has arole in promoting activity of urease and invertase;Effective phosphorus showed inhibitory effect on the activity of acid phosphatase.
