Different Levels Of Emulsifiers And Rice Bran Oil On Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance And Apparent Nutrient Use Efficiency In Broilers

In this experiment,different levels of composite emulsifiers and rice bran oil were added in broiler diets determine the growth and slaughter performance of broiler,apparent digestibility of nutrients,blood antioxidant indexes,blood biochemical indexes and duodenal chyme lipase activity and bile acid content,to explore the application effect of bile acid compound emulsifier in the production of broilers,and further provide the theoretical basis for the application and the optimum dosage in broiler production.A total of 648 healthy AA broilers were randomly allocated into 1 of 9 treatments by a 3×3 faction design in a 42-day experiment.We designed nine different combinations of compound emulsifiers and rice bran oil :group I was high-energy control group,group II was high-energy control group + 250 mg/t emulsifier,group III was high energy control group + 250 mg/t emulsifier.Group IV was middle-energy control group,group V was middle control group + 250 mg/t emulsifier,group VI was middle-control group + 500 mg/t emulsifier.Group VII was low-energy control group,VIII group was low-energy control group + 250 mg/t emulsifier,IX group for the low energy control group + 500 mg/t emulsifier.The result showed that:When the broilers fed with different levels of compound emulsifier and rice bran oil could significant increase the ADG,ADFI and reduce F/G(P < 0.05),slaughter rate,breast muscle rate,leg muscle rate and abdominal fat rate were increased but there were not significant(P > 0.05),the apparent nutrient digestibility of energy,DM,CP and EE were obviously significant increased.With the increase of emulsifier and rice bran oil level,the content of GLU,TC,TG,and HDL in plasma and T-AOC,T-SOD,GSH-PX,LPL,HL,and the enzyme activity TL showed an increasing trend(P < 0.01),the content of MDA,LDL-C and LDL in plasma was decreased(P < 0.05).With the increasing levels of compound emulsifier and rice bran oil,the activity of duodenal LPS enzyme and the content of TBA is also rised(P < 0.05).The optimum adding amount of compound emulsifier and rice bran oil was 250 mg/t and 3.2%,respectively.The optimum adding amount of compound emulsifier and rice bran oil was 250 mg / t and 4.0% respectively.
