Design And Expeirmental Research Of Hemp Plate Cutter | | Posted on:2018-08-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Zhou | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2333330518477630 | Subject:Agricultural mechanization project | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Traditional way for hemp crops harvest is the important factors restricting the development of hemp crops.Mechanized harvesting is one of the most important way in the development of hemp crops.By looking for the information about hemp machinery all over the world.This paper briefly describes the present situation and characteristics of hemp crops harvest mechanization.This analysis based on hemp crops harvest machinery,the research emphatically introduces the development of plate cutter.The paper elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of hemp harvest machinery and put forward the suitable for China’s industrial hemp harvest mechanization research proposals.Hemp harvest mechanization technology belongs to prospective study in China.In order to provide the mechanical parameters for the research on industrial hemp harvest machinery,the mechanical model for industrial hemp stalk is supposed with the knowledge of mechanics of composite material in the paper.To gain the mechanical parameters,the mechanical tests like tensile test,compressive test and bending test in the light of various directions and different fractions is carried out by utilizing the WDW-10 universal testing machine.All elastic parameters of mechanical model of industrial hemp stalk were achieved through analysis and calculation with composite material theory.All of the parameters were experimentally determined for industrial hemp stalks in order to find methods for mechanical harvest with minimum energy consumption.The xylem axis elasticity modulus are 1343.5Mpa.The phloem radial elasticity modulus are 3607.5 MPa.The stalk axis elasticity modulus are 1143.50 MPa.The stalk radial compressive elasticity modulus are88 Mpa.The xylem shear modulus is 33.52 Mpa.The stalk shear modulus is 31.99 Mpa.Hemp stalk is thicker and stronger than other fiber crops,so the modulus parameters are higher than others.The test result of experiment shows that radial parameters of industrial hemp stalk accord with characteristics of composite material.It is a significant guidance in hemp cutter design.This study provided a theoretical foundation for in-depth exploration on hemp cutter design and optimization to make the hemp harvester satisfy the working requirement of high quality and low consumption.In this paper,we mainly study the effect of double-plate cutter of hemp stalk and get the best cutter parameters through the experiment study.It can supply the theory foundation for proto design.By orthogonal test method,this paper analyses the average speed of cutting,blade length,blade number on the cutting power and cutting quality.All the test results show that the best theory combination of cutting factors is plate cutter speed 1000 rpm,blade length 120 mm,number of blade 5. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | hemp, stalk, mechanical property, plate cutter, experiment | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
