With the implementation of China’s potato staple food strategy, the nutritional quality of potato has received much attention. At the same time as the potato planting area increased year by year, more and more people have realized the importance of potato in agricultural production, and reasonable fertilization on potato production is of great significance, which is one of the most important nitrogen fertilizer supply, its reasonable and efficient utilization of potato is high yield and good quality guarantee. The effects of nitrogen management on Potato Yield and quality have been studied both at home and abroad, but the test results are different because of different varieties, soil environment and climatic conditions. In this experiment,4 potato varieties close to maturity in Northeast China were selected and 6 nitrogen treatments were set up.The relationship between nitrogen rate and yield and quality was analyzed and studied. The main results are as follows:(1)The effects of genotype on the three morphological indexes of potato plant height, stem diameter and stem number were much greater than the effects of nitrogen rate on morphological indexes. The nitrogen treatment of the same species had a significant effect on plant height only.Among the tested cultivars,311 of the middle crop had the highest plant height and the thickest stem diameter, but the least number of stems.(2)The yield difference between the 311 treatments was not significant,East Agriculture 310,Dong Nong 312 and Ke Xin 13 in the N3 treatment, that is,every 667m~2 urea 15 kg,diammonium 5 kg,potassium sulfate 10 kg,the highest yield.(3)The content of crude protein in tubers increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate, and the increase rate was 310;Tuber threonine content increased with the increase of nitrogen, valine and leucine content decreased with the increase of nitrogen, but the effects of leucine content on Dongnong 312 and Kexin 13 was not significant; The content of lysine showed a single peak curve with the increase of nitrogen application rate, and the content was highest under N2-N3(urea,10-15kg,diammonium,5kg,potassium sulfate,10kg per 667m~2);The amount of nitrogen had no significant effect on methionine, isoleucine and phenylalanine content. From the point of view of essential amino acid index(EAAI)and biological value(BV),increasing nitrogen fertilizer will increase the nutritional index of potato tuber protein, thereby enhancing the nutritional value of potato tubers.(4)The contents of potassium, iron and zinc in tubers of 4 potato varieties were significantly different between treatments,The content of K,Fe and Zn showed a single peak curve with the increase of nitrogen application rate,The tuber potassium content was highest under N2-N4(urea,10-20kg,diammonium,5kg,potassium sulfate,10kg per 667m~2)treatment,The tuber iron content was highest under N3-N4(urea,15-20kg,diammonium,5kg,potassium sulfate,10kg per 667m~2)treatment,The content of zinc in tubers was the highest under the treatment of N3(urea,15kg,diammonium,5kg,potassium sulfate,10kg per 667m~2),The differences among varieties were not significant.
