Experimental Study On Herbaceous Plant To Restore In Sandy Desertification Of Poyang Lake

In this study,under two water conditions,the effects of five water retaining agents on the seed germination and physiological characteristics of cynodon dactylon and festuca arundinacea have been investigated based on a pot experiment.Combined with 18 indicators subordinate function,comprehensive analysis and evaluation have also been conducted of the drought resistance ability of cynodon dactylon and festuca arundinacea.From field investigation and experiment,the study discusses how to restore the herbaceous plants in the desertification land of Poyang lake,so as to reveal the influence of moisture and nutrient deficiency and wind flow on the seed germination and seedling growth of herbaceous plants.The study reaches the following conclusion:(1)SAP may effectively enhance the germination percentage and germinating potential of festuca arundinacea.The optimum SAP under sufficient amount water conditions is 0.10%,they were improved by 4.97% and 6.05%.Under the condition of limited water supply,it is 0.40% and 0.30%,they were improved by 38.13% and 46.21%;SAP may effectively enhance the chlorophyll content and decreased SOD,POD,MDA contents of the seedling leaves of Festuca arundinacea,the Physiological index showed that change range was smaller when the SAP concentration of SAP ranged from 0.20%~0.40%;the use of SAP could improved the root vitality;though the subordinate function analysis,under sufficient water supply conditions,drought resistance of the five kinds of concentration of SAP decreased in the order: 0.40%>0.20%>0.30%>0.10%>0.00%;while under controlled water supply: 0.30%>0.20%>0.40%>0.10%>0.00%.(2)SAP may effectively enhance the germination percentage and germinating energy of cynodon dactylon.The optimum SAP under sufficient amount of water condition is 0.30%,while under controlled water supply,0.20%.So SAP may effectively enhance the aboveground biomass,underground biomass and total biomass;the use of SAP under sufficient water supply could improve the root-shoot ratio best while it enhances the aboveground biomass best under controlled water supply.When the concentration of SAP is 0.10%~0.30%,the contents of leaf photosynthetic pigment,namely,Chl a?Chl b?Chl a+b,are higer than in group CK.With SPA treatment,the contents of leaf membrane lipid peroxidation products MDA and protective enzymes are lower than those in CK,showing that SAP can reduce the environmental influences on cynodon dactylon.With 5 different SAPs,the drought resistance of cynodon dactylon are 0.30%>0.20%>0.10%>0.40%>0.00% under sufficient water supply and 0.30% > 0.20% > 0.40% > 0.10% > 0.00% under controlled water supply.Field tests showed that adding SAP can improve the cynodon dactylon seed germination rate and promote the growth of seeds.Cynodon dactylon germination rate first increased,then decreased and reaches the maximum when concentration of SAP is 0.25%.When it is higher than 0.25%,germination rate began to decline.In terms of survival rate,the survival rate of the group added with the water retaining agent was higher than that of the contrast group.With the extension of test duration,the plant added SAP is obviously higher than the contrast group.
