Soil erosion posed serious threats on security of food and ecology,and hindered sustainable development of human beings.Through long-term research and practice,a lot of effective measures of soil and water conservation has formed.However,taking measures of soil and water conservations will face a lot of nuts to be solved.Suitability evaluation of soil and water conservation measures is the basis to implement soil and water conservation measures scientifically.To date,only few studies focused on how to evaluate the suitability of the measures,and most of relative studies simply touch the issues,and it is rarer to study the SDSS was used in Soil and Water Conservation Measures Suitability Evaluation So,the study explore the architecture of SDSS and has realized the SDSS for Soil and Water Conservation Measures Suitability Evaluation to solve the serious problems we faced.The specific research contents are as follows:On the second part:we design and implement spatial decision support system based on ArcObjects,Web Services,Oracle and Java.The system can be categorizsed into four parts:model base,database,knowledge base and the human-computer interaction interface.Model of spatial analysis originated mainly from ArcObjects and put it into practices by Web services.In database,classified and layered,the spatial datas are stored in Orcale by ArcSDE.On this basis spatial datas are encapsulated into Web Services to observe WFS standard by ArcGIS Server.33 categories and 16 attributes can be extracted and formalized by OWL DL to built ontology model completely agreed with suitability of soil and water conservation.90 rules are extracted and formalized by Jena rules grammar to built rules model.Finally,SVG and JavaScript is used to design a decision-making process based on Web design tools as human-computer interaction interface.Artificial intelligence play their wisdom to dominate the decision-making process of suitability evaluation of soil and water conservation measures.At last,the system is used in the suitability evaluation of soil and water conservation measures for Changting country,Fujian province to study the suitability level of four measures,such as Banned,reconstruction of low-function forest,ecologic forest and grass and economical fruit.At the same time determine the suitability of comprehensive layout in Changting country of the four measures based on synthetic decision-making model.Application results show the system is effectiveness in the soil and water conservation measures suitability evaluation and the evaluation results has a certain guiding role in soil and water conservation work of Changting county.
