| The development of sugarcane harvester used in hills region is important to reduce the production cost and improve agricultural mechanization level.Transmission system is an important componeat of sugarcane harvester.The distribution of the whole power,torque and rotation speed is derectly related to the effect of cutting sugarcane,stripping leaves,broking tail,logistics transportation and running speed.Rational distribution of the power of each actuator not only can meet the needs of the sufficient power of the actuator,but also less the waste of power,which is the paper aims to.This paper relys on the national Ministry of scientific and technical personnel serving for enterprise project,and is with the help of Qinzhou LiShun Machinery Limited company cooperation platform.According to the summary of the precion physical prototype and the analysis of existing models both abroad and at home,this paper presents the new transmission system which is combined with the hydraulic abd necgabucak transmission.Combination functional and technical requirements of small-scale sugarcane harvester,research on the transmission system adopting theoretical analysis,experimental research method.The main works are as follows:First,According to problems of the first prototype,put forward reasonable transmission,and through to the overall layout and speed requirements,design reasonable transmission route,so that the actuator speed can maintain steady,but not waste power.Second,According to the first and second prototype experimental study and theoretical analysis,determine the actuator power influence factors and the rational design of power and match the power of whole machine for reference of the design of the follow-up sugarcane harvest machine power.Third,Subject to simulation analysis by application of AMESim on the torque,pressure,power,speed of the key actuator for the small sugarcane harvester.Fourth,Study on each actuator by experiment through first,two sets of small scale sugarcane harvester of research group and Guangxi LiShun Machinery Limited company co-production using a pressure transmitter and a data acquisition card and other equipment step the workshop simulation test,field simulation test and field test of load pressure of the actuator Obtained the actuator power parameters by computing,and various working conditions are compared,reach each actuator power variation. |
