China is a large agricultural country with vast territory,large mountains and large population,and the per capita arable land is far behind in the world rankings.The low overall quality of cultivated land land degradation,soil erosion,land desertification,land pollution and long-term use of high strength,overload,seriously affect the output of cultivated land,but also on the quality and safety of agricultural products and agricultural sustainable development in the formation of threat.Balance,linked to national annual cropland,although the amount of cultivated land,but often is shoddy,remote and poor quality of the arable land instead of the high quality cultivated land,resulting in the total grain yield decreased,resulting in food security risks.In the case of less cultivated land per capita,improving the quality of cultivated land is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of national food security.Based on the evaluation of the quality of farmland in Changan District and the results of agricultural land classification,this paper takes the cultivated land and the natural quality as the object of study,and links the quality restriction of farmland with the results of agricultural land classification.The use of “natural-limited cultivated land quality evaluation system“,with the help of ARCGIS data processing,buffer analysis,map drawing and other functions,obstacle factor binding Changan District topography and soil physical and chemical properties and agricultural infrastructure construction such as analysis of the effects of cultivated land quality.This paper takes Changan District as an example,define the quality of cultivated land using the method of natural restriction factor,soil depth,soil profile,soil organic matter content,slope,irrigation guarantee rate,soil salinization,irrigation and drainage conditions.With the help of ARCGIS buffer analysis of obstacle factors influence the cultivated land quality,scientific and rational use of technical means,through increasing the effect of soil layer thickness,land leveling,improve soil conditions,improve irrigation and other measures,so as to improve the quality of cultivated land in Changan District,and then use the natural limit of cultivated land quality evaluation system,calculate after the lifting of cultivated National Nature etc..By comparing the difference of crop yield between cultivated land and cultivated land,the potential productivity of cultivated land in Changan District was measured.
