| There are two types of rice cultivation in China,which are transplanting and direct seeding.And directing seeding can also be divided into water direct seeding and dry direct seeding.Transplanting,which includes rice transplanting,rice scatter-transplanting,rice seedling arranging,is still the main mode of rice cultivation,Hand-operated rice transplanters and motor-driven rice transplanters have been set in China since 1960 s,rice transplanters all adopt the same platoon to plant.With the continuous reform and development of agronomic technology,rice wide-narrow row planting method based on high-efficiency planting technique has been widely regarded by agronomy,agricultural science and technology personnel.The wide-narrow row planting method,with significant resistances to pests,diseases,lodging and effects to increase production,can improve the ventilation and light transmission performance of rice and enhance photosynthesis.The oblique inserted wide-narrow row rice transplanter now has been developed,but the oblique plug-in insertion mechanism makes the jaw claw in the inclined surface rotation to take seedlings and transplanting,seedlings are being tilted into the rice field.This increases the rate of lodging and floating seedling rate.In this paper,based on the practical problems of the existing wide-narrow row rice transplanter,the design scheme of the direct plug-in-type wide-narrow row rice transplanter is put forward.According to the agronomic requirements of rice wide-narrow row transplanting,the corresponding improvement designs have been carried out in transplanting arm drive shaft and screw shaft of transplanting seeding mechanism in order to achieve the precise seedling and planting in vertical plane.The improved design principle of the insertion and cutting mechanism of the line-type wide-narrow row rice transplanter is simpler than that of the oblique-inserted wide-narrow transplanter,and only the axle shaft of the jaw claw is lengthened.By checking and analyzing the strength and rigidity of the axle shaft of the jaw claw,it indicates that only the improvement of the length of the output of the jaw claw is correct and feasible.However,it is necessary to change the trajectory of the moving mechanism of the box,and to change the position of the picking pod according to the width and width spacing.The parameters of the screw shaft in the box mechanism are improved and its three-dimensional modeling is also carried out.The kinematics and dynamics are used to analyze the screw shaft,and the kinematic simulation of the working performance of the high-speed transplanter is carried out by the virtual prototyping technique.The kinematic simulation analysis is also carried out under the condition of rigid and flexible coupling,and the main parameters of the working performance of the moving mechanism can be concluded from that.The simulation results show that the strength and rigidity of the output shaft of the improved insertion and detachment mechanism can meet the requirements of seedling raising and transplanting.The screw shaft in the box is improved by 18.630,the outer diameter of the screw shaft is 22 mm,and the inner diameter is 16 mm.By means of the modified spiral axis modal analysis,resonance can’t occur when the screw shaft works.The rigid-flexible coupling simulation and testing in ADAMS show that the impact force of the screw shaft in the rotating part is improved after the buffer spring is added.Through the establishment of the three-dimensional model of the line-type wide-narrow row transplanter and the importation of the jaw trajectory in ADAMS,The model trajectory endpoint E a seeding in seeding needle point of lateral is small,longitudinal velocity is bigger,is beneficial to plants.The seeding in the direction of the x、y displacement is uniform.In this paper,field experiments were conducted on the traditional rice paddle transplanter,oblique inserted wide-narrow row rice transplanter and line-type wide-narrow row rice transplanter.Through these field experiments,it can be concluded that the line-type wide-narrow rice transplanter has obvious effect to increase production. |
