The Study On Photosynthesis Characteristic And Fruit Quality Of Five Blueberry Cultivars In High Altitude Area Of Lijiang In Yunnan Province

It was used as the test object in this study that the five blueberry cultivars: Northland,Bluecrop,Brigitta,O’Neal and Misty were experimented in Yunnan province during the whole year of 2016.To research the phenophase and morphology,diurnal variations of photosynthesis,fit the light response curves,analyze the characteristic parameters of photosynthesis,and the content of sugar、organic acids and anthocyanins by HPLC for the five blueberry cultivars.The study showed:1.Misty and O’Neal had been ripened on early June,and then Northland and Bluecrop were on middle July,the last one was Brigitta;The weakest one was Brigitta,others were stronger and bigger than it.The leaf length of Bluecrop was the maximum and the width same as others besides the leaf area,that meat the leaf of bluecrop was more narrower.The length of Misty was shorter than bluecrop whereas the leaf area was bigger and circular.The content of chorophyll in leaves from high to low order: Northland>Misty>Bluecrop>O’Neal>Brigitta.2.The diurnal variation of leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of all cultivars showed double-peak curve,and the first peak of Misty and O’Neal appeared at 8:00-10:00 the second peak appeared at 14:00-16:00;aslo the first peak of Northland and Brigitta appeared at 10:00-12:00,and the second peak was at 14:00-16:00;the first peak of Bluecrop was the same to Brigitta,however the second peak appeared at 16:00-18:00.3.In order to prove the best fitting model of photosynthesis of blueberry was the rectangular hyperbolic model,we compared the date of photosynthesis light response.Using the best fitting model to fit the five blueberries cultivars.O’Neal and Bluecrop showed the highest Pnmax;The low light can be fitting better than others because of the lowest LCP of Brigtta;Also Northland had the best ability of using strong light due to the highest LSP;The AQE and Rd of O’Neal were highest and these meat the strongest metabolism in all the five cultivars,so Brigitta had a wide adaption of light because of the low Rd,LCP and highest LSP.4.Ctric acid was the main part in all organic acid of blueberry by comparing the different cultivars,and next two were chinic acid and oxalic acid.Whereas lactic acid and acetic acid weren’t detected in Brigitta,but the content of Ctric acid was the most which came to 6.2442mg/g.Through the anlaysis of anthocyanin’s content that Northland,Misty and Bluecrop had six kinds of anthocyanins,and Brigitta and O’Neal had four kinds;The deplhinidin-3-gluco side and cyandine-3-glucoside weren’t detected in Brigtta,and also the cyanidin-3-glucoside and malvidin-3-glucoside weren’t detected in O’Neal;Those showed that the content of anthocyanins was different in different blueberry cultivars.
