Heavy metal pollution refers to a heavy metal or its compounds on water, air, soil and other environmental pollution.Through the food chain enrichment, direct harm to human health. With the increasing emphasis on food safety, food heavy metal pollution will be more and more attention. The soil as a plant production, the most important carrier of food supply, the pollution should be taken seriously. In this paper, the total amount of Zn,Cu in soils with organic fertilizers was studied by field experiment and different Cu ltivation patterns. The relationship between the content of Zn and Cu and the relationship between the content of microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen and the growth status of spring maize were studied. The following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The total amount of Zn and Cu in the first year, the fallow period, and the second year of harvest were greatly changed. In the first year, the total amount of Zn in treatment was the best, the lowest in DC and FC,while the content of Cu in CK was the highest, which was significantly different from the other treatments.During the fallow period, the total amount of Zn was reduced compared with the first year. The decrease of CJ treatment was the biggest, which was 14.64% less than that of the first year. The total amount of Cu was less than that of the first year. But still the highest content of CK treatment, but the content of the first year of harvest decreased by 9.33%.In the second year of harvest, the total amount of Zn in each treated soil increased compared with the resting period. The contents of Cu and Cu in the soils were the highest, and the contents of Cu and Cu in the soils were the highest, and the order of the treatments was CK> CJ> DJ> DC> FC> FJ.(2)The morphology of Zn and Cu also changed greatly at three different sampling times. The range of acid extractable content of Zn in three different sampling periods was 0.023-0.087 mg / kg,accounting for 0.66%-1.44% of total Zn.The contents of Zn in the soils were the highest in all treatments, and the contents of Zn in the soils were the least in all treatments, and all the six treatments showed the same rule. The range of acid extractable content of Cu was 0.055-0.205 mg / kg,accounting for 6.1%-12.9% of total Cu in three different sampling periods. The Cu contents in different treatments were the highest. The content of the lowest treatment is no obvious regularity.(3)The results showed that the Zn,Cu and Zn contents in organic fertilizers were significantly higher than those in CK,DC and FC treatments, respectively. However, there were no obvious regularities of Zn and total Zn in four different forms between two different years. The acid extractable state and residual Cu state increased from 2013 to 2014,while the trend of reducible and oxidizable Cu was a decreasing trend. In the six different treatments,The contents of Cu in different forms were the lowest in FC and FJ treatments. From 2013 to 2014,the change of the total Cu content shows an upward trend.(4)The dynamic changes of soil microbial biomass carbon showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing in 2014 and 2014,and the content of microbial biomass carbon was highest at tasselling stage. With the advance of growth period, microbial biomass The content of carbon decreased, and six different treatments are the same law.In the same growth period, the content of soil microbial biomass carbon in 2013 was lower than that in 2014,while soil microbial biomass N increased with the growth period in 2013,but the soil microbial biomass in the different growth stages in 2014 The amount of nitrogen content change is very small. The contents of soil microbial biomass N in two different years were the highest in DC treatment and the lowest in CK treatment.(5)The plant height data of three conse Cu tive years showed that the plant height was the best in FJ treatment, and the plant height in CK was the worst in five different time periods. The results of stem diameter observation showed that,The whole observation time is still the best in FJ treatment, and the three-year continuous observation data show this rule. The data of 2013 showed that the ear length, ear row number, grain number, ear diameter and other aspects of the best performance of FJ treatment,2015 years of regulatory information. But the 1000-grain weight in three years was the best in DJ treatment. In the 2013-2014 two-year harvest period, maize yield was the best in FJ treatment. In the 2015 year harvest period, maize yield was the best in DJ treatment.
