Field experiments were conducted to evaluate the influence of irrigation amount and nitrogen rate on field maize?Zeamay L.?production,water and nitrogen use efficiency of maize under plastic mulched drip irrigation.The completely randomized split-plot design was employed with main plot of water?1800,2700 and 3600?m3/hm2,sub-plot of nitrogen fertilizer?0,100,200 and 300kg·hm-2?kg N·hm-2,and three replicates in each sup-plot.1.The leaf area per plant increased with the rising of irrigation water and nitrogen amount.There were increase in water consumption and decrease in water use efficiency of maize with increasing the irrigation amount,but the agronomic efficiency and nitrogen partial productivity decreased with increasing nitrogen fertilization level?N300<N200<N100?.The dry matter and grain yield of maize first increased and then yield decreased with increasing irrigation level and nitrogen rate,2700m3/hm2 and 200kg/hm2 treatment produced the highest grain yield.It was considered that under the experimental condition,based on building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly modern agricultural production system,2700m3/hm2 irrigation plus 200kg/hm2 of nitrogen fertilization was the optimal combination of obtaining the high yield,water and nitrogen efficiency of maize under plastic mulched drip irrigation.2.Corn leaf area per plant increased with the increase of n application and irrigation water,nitrogen and water all can affect the growth of corn leaf,processing W3N3,W3N2,W2N3 and W2N2 showed higher leaf area.N application and irrigation can significantly increase the amount of dry matter accumulation of maize,and nitrogen treatment less nitrogen,high water treatment with low water treatment showed significant difference,and the main parts of the accumulation of dry matter as corn growth and development.In the whole growth period,corn under different fertilization and irrigation treatment are jointing stage plant total nitrogen content in the highest,with the development of growth period,high water treatment W3 and low water treatment W1 leaf total nitrogen content in drop down trend,grouting mid-to drop the highest mature leaf total nitrogen content,total nitrogen content to achieve the minimum value,and the changing trend of total nitrogen content of corn stalk with the development of growth period and the linear decrease.3.Corn SPAD value increases with the increase of irrigation water,as the W3 > W2 > W1,under the condition of same irrigation quota,corn SPAD value increases with the increase of application,see from the field test results and significance test,water nitrogen mutual resist film with drip irrigation had no significant effect of corn leaf chlorophyll content at different development stages.In different corn growth period,nitrogen,water irrigation and nitrogen interactions can affect the photosynthetic characteristics of corn,under the condition of same irrigation,nitrogen can increase the chlorophyll content,leaf net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,and nitrogen treatment is significantly higher than no nitrogen treatment?P < 0.05?,no significant differences between nitrogen treatment,show the N3 > N2 > N1 > N0.Under the condition of same n application rate,irrigation can increase chlorophyll content,leaf net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,show the W3 > W2 > W1.Under the condition of water and nitrogen interactions,handling W2N2,W3N2 and W3N3 net photosynthetic rate better.4.Water nitrogen mutual resist film with drip irrigation of corn 0-100 cm soil layer soil NO3N accumulation effect is remarkable.In the whole growth period,corn under different fertilization and irrigation treatment,are high nitrogen treatment N3 highest soil NO3N accumulation amount.Under the condition of different irrigation treatment,low irrigation water W1 processing soil NO3N accumulation peak at 40--60 cm,irrigation water W2 processing in soil NO3N accumulation peak at 60-80 cm,high irrigation water W3 processing soil NO3N accumulation peak at 80-100 cm.N influence 0-100 cm soil layer soil NO3N accumulation amount,then affects the soil NO3N leaching water depth,nitrogen and water affect the accumulation of soil NO3N.
