Characteristics Analysis Of Soil Organic Carbon Pool,Infrared Spectroscopy And Nutrient Elements Of Plantation In Southern Subtropical Region

This study implement research according to stabilization mechanism of soil organic carbon of plantation in southern subtropical region,discusses the characteristic of soil organic carbon content and storage,soil infrared spectroscopy feature,and soil nutrient elements content and storage,and provide a scientific reference for carbon sinks of soil layer in plantation in southern subtropical region.The results showed that:(1)The 0-20cm soil layer of total organic carbon content range was between 21.88～35.57 g·kg-1,the order of 0-20cm soil organic carbon content in diffetent plantation was Yanhe Pinus massoniana>Wuming Pinus massoniana>Manglietia glauca>Schima superba>Pinus massoniana×Lithocarpus glaber>Keteleeria davidiana>Castanopsis hystrix>Illicium verum.(2)The total soil organic carbon storage range was between 134.69～162.23 t ·hm-2,the order of 0-20cm soil organic carbon storage in diffetent plantation was Yanhe Pinus massoniana>Schima superba>Pinus massoniana X Lithocarpus glaber>Wuming Pinus massoniana>Manglietia glauca>Keteleeria davidiana>Castanopsis hystrix>Illicium verum.The total organic carbon content of litter layer was between 441.42～526.97 g·kg-1.(3)The infrared spectroscopy absorption peak in plantation focus on two large area was 400～2000 cm-1,3500～3700 cm-1,according to infrared spectroscopy absorption peak speculate the major chemical bonds was Si—O of Si—O—Al,Si-O of Si—O—Si,Si—O,O—H of Al—O—H,alkeneC=C,O—H,alkaneC—H.(4)The 0-20cm soil layer of nitrogen content range was between 0.93～2.33 g·kg-1,the soil nitrogen storage range was between 6.08一16.24 g·kg-1,and The 0-20cm soil layer of nitrogen storage range was between 2.56～6.36 g·kg-1.The litter layer of nitrogen content range was between9.47～16.10 g·kg-1.(5)The 0-20cm soil layer of phosphorus content range was between 0.28～0.41 g·kg-1,the soil phosphorus storage range was between 2.71～4.03 g·kg-1,and the 0-20cm soil layer of phosphorus storage range was between 0.71～1.14 g·kg-1.The litter layer of phosphorus content range was between0.35～0.81 g·kg-1.
