As a leaf-utilize cash crop, tea plant growth and tea yield were directly affected by soil nutrient and micro-organism content.Current situation of soil nutrient and micro-organism community has been greatly changed by increasing fertilizer application and unreasonable fertilization(excessive applying fertilizer, organic fertilizer application in a low rate, incorrect fertilizing method etc),which becomes a critical factor that restricting tea yield and quality.Reasonable fertilization pattern have positive affections on tea plant photosynthesis,as well as soil nutrition and plant growth.Through field test on ’Jiukeng’ cultivar, the effects of different fertilization patterns on tea garden soil microflora and tea quality were studied, the results as follows.1.Through setting factors of nitrogen level,organic/chemical fertilizer and adding compound microorganism fertilizer,9 treatments of different fertilization patterns were selected, which were defined as T1(pure organic fertilizer at high nitrogen level),T2(mixed organic fertilizer at high nitrogen level),T3(mixed organic fertilizer at medium nitrogen level),T4(pure chemical fertilizer at medium nitrogen level),T5(Trichoderma + mixed organic fertilizer at medium nitrogen level),T6(SQR9 +mixed organic fertilizer at medium nitrogen level),T7(amino acid + mixed organic fertilizer at medium nitrogen level),T8(sprayed amino acid +mixed organic fertilizer at medium nitrogen level),T9(amino acid + SQR9 + mixed organic fertilizer at medium nitrogen level).Available phosphorous and potassium contents in rhizosphere soil,as well as cultural bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes from various areas of tea garden were analysis after 90 days treatment. The results showed that, the available phosphorous and potassium contents were higher at high nitrogen level(T1 and T2)than other treatments;compared to T4 treatment;rhizosphere microbial community in T3 was significantly improved;cultural bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes in rhizosphere soil from T1 treatment were much more than T2;compared to T4 treatment, cultural bacteria and actinomycetes in soil mass from T7,T8 and T9 treatment were increased, cultural bacteria and fungi in rhizosphere soil from T9,moreover,cultural actinomycetes in rhizosphere soil from T8 were reached to 2.5 ×107 CFU.2.Tea polyphenols, catechins, soluble sugar, soluble protein in fresh leaves were determined after 90 days treatment by different fertilization patterns. The results showed that,Tea polyphenol contents in T1 and T8 treatment samples were significantly higher than other treatments;the ECG contents in T1 and T2 treatment samples were relatively higher compared with other treatments;the EGCG contents in T1,T2,T8 and T9 treatment samples were relatively higher;the soluble sugar and protein in T1,T8 and T9 treatment samples were relatively higher.
