| Chinese chives(Allium tuberosum Rottl.ex Spr),belongs to the lily family Allium,is a perennial plant,native to China.Spring protected cultivation of chinese chives is closely relatedto low temperature growth characteristics.In this paper,15 Chinese chive varieties as test materials,design in different periods of growth regularity of Chinese chives artificial climate box under constant temperature,comparative test of spring greenhouse varieties,dormancy characteristics of different chinese chive varieties,different growth patterns of the spring greenhouse cultivation,cold resistant physiological indexes of different organs,and the cropyield and quality changes get the following conclusions:1 Chinese chives entered dormancy from November to early December,to next year early February and early March gradually through dormancy;some varieties dormancy starts early,and the degree is deep,through sleep need a longer time,showing the characteristics of deep dormancy;some species enter dormancy trend is not obvious,but the growth is slightly slower.Growth does not stop,the duration is short,the recovery and growth of an earlier time,showing the characteristics of deep dormancy.In this experiment,NO.1(Fujiuheixiu F1),NO.3(Zigenchunzaohong F1),NO.4(Jiubao F1)and NO.5(Yangzhou fine leaf.Fl)showed deep dormancy;NO.2.(Han Xiang Jiu F1)and other varieties showed shallow dormancy.2 Variation studies on the main characters of chinese chives plants found,chinese chives roots,bulbs(stem disc)and the relationship between plant height and plant weight is extremely close,bulb and root system is an important factor in the growth of low temperature resistant chinese chives;by measuring the main characters of the Chinese chives,the same trend,first increased and then decreased.Spring chinese chives shed,with temperature increasing,the top 3 all growth traits showed stubble increased,with the sustained elevated temperature and increased harvest stubble,after 2 crop traits decreased.That spring chinese chives shed 3 times after continuous harvest,need to be properly delayed harvest,while strengthening the management,promote the accumulation of nutrients in plants,recovery.3 Through the variety comparison tests,NO.15-3(Duokang F1),NO.15-9(Pengguan F1)early yield,total yield is higher,showed higher yield,suitable for spring greenhouse cultivation.4 Chinese chives root,leaf sheath plant bulb,the change of water content all showed the trend of "down-up",however,the opposite change trend of the soluble protein content and soluble sugar content was basically "up-down".that under suitable temperature,chinese chives ability of photosynthesis,leaf sheath,root and bulb moisture content,protein content and the sugar content increased;high temperature,photosynthesis decline,nutrient accumulation decreased,water content increased.Therefore,the bulb(stem disc)changes associated with plant growth and soluble protein and soluble sugar and root,root and bulb production planting cultivation(stem disc)accumulation of nutrients is especially important.5 There are varieties of chlorophyll content of dormancy,dark green leaves,the chlorophyll content of shallow dormancy varieties is low,leaf color is light green.Chlorophyll changes showed first decreased and then increased and then decreased,indicating higher chlorophyll content in chinese chives for low temperature,low temperature stress with ecological adaptation,enhanced photosynthesis,chlorophyll under suitable temperature.Content increases with rising temperature and increased harvest stubble,plant chlorophyll synthesis was inhibited,the chlorophyll content decreased.6 The VC content of Chinese chives,leaf VC content is lower than the deep dormancy variety of chinese chives leaves;dark green leaves,the content of VC was higher than other varieties,the chlorophyll VC content and chlorophyll content is closely related to the high VC content is high.The content of crude fiber was higher than leaf sheath of Chinese chives,the change trend of leaf sheath and leaf crude fiber are basically the same,under low temperature.Crude fiber content is low,as temperatures rise,crude fiber increased. |
