Green fodder harvester machine is mainly used to harvest corn,sorghum,forage crops,its development has a great impact on agriculture,animal husbandry,improve agricultural and animal husbandry has brought the national economy.with the scientific and technological innovation,the performance of green fodder harvester has been improved.Aiming at cutting small,poor reliability,high energy consumption,the uneven cut off and breaking,efficient,low energy consumption and high quality green fodder harvester was designed,to improve green fodder harvester harvest effect and adaptability.The main contents of this paper were as follows:1.Coaxial dual speed cutting table The design of green fodder harvester harvest machine for coaxial double speed cutting platform was optimized the overall structure of the cutter blade and the cutting table to improve cutting table feeding,cutting efficiency.SolidWorks-based finite element analysis of the static blade was also conducted.2.Feeding and cutting and throwing device Feed chopping and throwing device is an important structure of green fodder harvester,which is composed of feeding and cutting table will cut down the straw compression.Feeding to the cutter,the cutter will transfer over the green crop straw chopping and throwing device by throwing and throwing barrel.On the basis of the design of the feeding and cutting device,the static analysis and modal analysis were carried out by using the finite element analysis.3.Grain crushing device 9QSZ-3000 for green fodder harvester in grain corn stalk harvesting stage was difficult to break,affecting forage edibility and digestion and absorption.To improve the crushing efficiency of silage maize grain roll type grain crushing device was designed.Analysis is used to analyze the static characteristics of the disk cutter and roller shaft based on SolidWorks.Through preliminary production and application,the grain crushing device had a compact structure,and the length of the working face was 3 times longer than that of thetraditional crushing roller,while the energy consumption is reduced by 30% and the crushing rate of the grain reached more than 90%.
