In the study of the relationship between global change and terrestrial ecosystems, the relationship between climate and vegetation research has very important significance.Based on different plant aboveground biomass and meteorological data, the paper researched Inner Mongolian xilingol Leymus chinensis + Stipa grandisGrassland plants and environmental factors affect their growth, discuss the quantitativeinfluences of meteorological factors on aboveground biomass, and explore its and lag effect between meteorological factors and corresponding demurrage.(1)Using random forest algorithm analytic the quantitative relationship between six meteorological factors and aboveground biomass of seven species. The results showed that the four climate factors for temperature, ground temperature, relative humidity and precipitation, has significant positive effect on the aboveground biomass of seven pasture. That is,the temperature is higher and the humidity is bigger, which was beneficial to accumulation of forage biomass. At the same time, because of plant individual differences, various paints adapt to different climate factors. The effects of climatic factors on the biomass of Leymus chinensis,Stipa grandis and Achnatherum sibiricumwere as follows:temperature>ground temperature>relative humidity>precipitation>evaporation>sunshine hours; For Agropyro michnoi is:temperature>relative humidity>ground temperature>recipitation>evaporation>sunshine hours; For Artemisia frigida is,temperature>ground temperature>relative humidity>precipitation>evaporation>sunshine hours; For Carex korshinskyi is:ground temperature>temperature>humidity>precipitation>evaporation>sunshine hours; For Allium bidentatum is:temperature>precipitation>relative humidity>ground temperature>evaporation>sunshine hours.(2)Using the grey system theory, gray correlation analysis was carried out on the aboveground biomass of seven kinds of plants and meteorological elements in different lag periods to find the key factors influencing the change of plant biomass and the lag time of biomass response to climate factors.Temperature, ground temperature, precipitation had a great influence on the overall, and the response of different plants to the environmental factors during the growth and development was hysteresis. The response of the temperature and precipitation changes on demurrage more obvious. At the same time the lag is also different in the years.(3)According to the grey model theory, the multivariate gray time delay GM(1,N|τ)model of biomass for lagging meteorological factors was established. The ground biomass of seven species was simulated and compared respectively. The results showed that the biomass simulated by the model had high fitting precision. The average absolute error of the biomass of the seven species is less than 20%for three years. The gray model accuracy test standard is better. It also shows that the calculated lagging tolerance of plant lagged response is high.
