| This research used phenol method to extract hypha protein from the GP020 Rubber Red Root Disease Pathogen(Ganoderma pseudoferreum(Wakef.))with controlled and hexaconazole treated 12 hours.Then used the FASS method to enzymolysis and Itraq label.Using Ph-RP and PRLC-MS technique to identify the peptides and then quantitively analyzing the result by ProtPilot software and Database.147663 spectrums were found,49236 spectrums were matched with unique peptides,31853 unique peptides were identified,3241 proteins variety expression volume times over 1.3,268 proteins expression differences were found;By the KEGG signal pathway analysis,those variety protein expressions distribute in 146 signal pathways,include 121 up-regulated proteins and 147 down-regulated proteins.By the contrast to CK group,significantly enriched pathways distributed in Carbon metabolism,Glycolysis process,Dicarboxylic acid metabolism,Tricarboxylic acid cycle,Aminoacidic biosynthesis and Ribosome metabolism singnal pathways.This result illustrated that complicated biochemistry processes were happened under farm chemical stressed.In HIF-1,RIG-I-like receptor,MAPK,FoxO and NOD-like receptor signal pathways,there were 5 protein up-regulated.This result was corresponded with GO and COG analysis.A SGT1-like protein has up-regulated express 1.62 times,the Conjoint analysis of Proteomic-Transcriptomic also client the result.It is assumed that the up-regulated trend is the response reaction after hexaconazole stressed.The trend might be associated with the basal tolerance to the fungicide hexaconazole. |
