One of the most important stages is wheat grain filling in the yield formation.It is also one major process which influences wheat quality.Therefore,it could help further the theoretic foundation of increasing quality and crop yield by studying the grain filling process of winter-wheat,besides water transmission and distribution in this process.For limits of traditional studying methods,study of water distribution in the whole grain filling is lack.Although the method of common heating-weighing was simple,but it was destructive to plant in water distribution detection,which made it hard to truly unravel the progresses of the water transmission in real wheat plants.In the paper,according to the study of advanced T2 relaxometry of the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and standard line of solvable sugars,the water change of wheat straw in grain filling process was studied and the influence of the water distribution,water content.This paper analyzes the T2 relaxation spectrum maximum peak area and the size of winter wheat stem cells.Probing into the nuclear magnetic resonance T2 relaxation time and the relationship between winter wheat stem cells research,provide a new basis for the related research of wheat stalks data.All above gave a new base and method for the wheat straw studies.The results showed in below.(1)With the continuation of grouting and the grain mature of wheat Yumai 19,the total moisture content in up stem is always greater than that in the down stem.The total water content in the down stem of Yumai 19 gradually reduced with the extension of time.The total moisture content in the down stem of Yumai 19 increased firstly and then decreased.With the continuation of grouting and the evolution of the grain,Shan 229 always had more moisture in the up stem than that in the down stem.With the extension of time,the total water content and total sugar water content had similar change trend for Shan 229.The trend was that the water and the sugar increased firstly and then decreased.The change trend of the total water content in the up stem of Xiaoyan 6 was similar to Yumai 19.The water both in the up and down stem was always decreasing with the time.(2)The area of the biggest peak of nuclear magnetic resonance T2 relaxation spectrum and free water content in the wheat stalks had positive correlation.The area of the biggest peak of nuclear magnetic resonance T2 relaxation spectrum represented the soluble sugar content in the wheat stalks and storage capacity.With the extension of grouting process,the definition of cellulose tube and thin-walled cells both gradually reduced.The soluble sugar content and storage capacity in the up stem were both bigger than that in the down stem.The difference of soluble sugar in up stem and down stem increased before they were decreased,with the time.with the increase of maturity,the soluble sugar content and storage capacity first increased then decreased,while that in the down stem decreased.(3)The storage capacity of the up stem of Yumai 19 was always greater than that in the down stem and the storage in the up stem played a main role.Over time,the storage of up stem decreased.The storage capacity of the down stem increased first and then reduced.Wheat stem storage capacity of up stem of Shan 229 was always greater than that of the down stem,and the up stem played a main role.The soluble sugar content first increased and then decreased for Shan 229 up stem along with the change of time.With the extension of time,the soluble sugar content in down stem decreased all the time.(4)The parenchyma cells in stems of Xiaoyan 6 and Xinmai 13 could be regarded as cylinders.With the extension of time,the specific surface area of Xiaoyan 6 down stem and Xinmai 13 up stem was decreased,while that of Xinmai 13 down stem increased.The relaxation rate and specific surface area of the three kinds of parenchyma cells were in a linear relationship.In all,NMR could help to test the water distribution by the invasive ways which could be achieved by traditional methods.By monitoring continuously the change rule of the water in the wheat stems,the paper gave a new base and method for studying water content and soluble sugar.
