Studies Florfenicol Treatment Of Luchuan Swine Enzootic Pneumonia

Porcine wheezing of the pig disease is currently recognized as the most difficult to purify,Porcine wheezing is a highly contagious,chronic infectious disease caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.This disease seriously affect the normal growth and has great harm to pigs.And it is caused by the respiratory tract infection of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.The disease can occur in any season,spring,autumn and the seasons of the temperature changes.And any variety and age of pigs can be infected,especially in large-scale breeding conditions.If we do not take actively preventive measures,almost all of the pigs will be infected,and it is easy to cause secondary infection.So that the condition increased and increas the loss.In this experiment,we selected Luchuan pig from three pig farms in Yulin,Guangxi diagnosed and treated the infected psoriasis.This experiment is divided into florfenicol powder,tylosin + oxytetracycline mixture,florfenicol injection and lincomycin injection four experimental group,and positive infection group as the control group.Through the comparison of several therapeutic regimens,the method of treating pig asthma was analyzed and discussed.The results are as follows:1.Florfenicol powder feed group,the cure and the effective rate were 77% and 89%.2.Tylosin + oxytetracycline mixture feed group,the cure and the effective rate were74% and 87%.3.Florfenicol injection group,the cure and the effective rate were 85% and 95%,significantly higher than other groups.4.Lincomycin injection group,the cure and the effective rate were 64% and 78% and have the lowest efficacy.The above results show that: florfenicol powder and injection have a better therapeutic effect to pig asthma,tylosin + oxytetracycline mixture is also better,and the lincomycin injection treatment have a certain effect,but cure rate is not high.So florfenicol injection is more suitable for the treatment of pig asthma.
