Sweet potato is a kind of rich nutrition and versatility,high and stable yield of crops.Chinese sweet potato planting area and the total output of all the world,it is not only the main food crop,and it is a good feed is a raw material for industrial production.Zai Cha link is one of the biggest link quantity of employment,accounted for more than a quarter of total employment.Therefore,the study of sweet potato transplanting machine can effectively push forward the mechanization level of industry,mechanization of the whole industry is of great significance.Research and development of sweet potato transplanting machine used in our country is still at the primary stage,the machine also is given priority to with simple semi-automatic transplanting machine,transplanting apparatus.Simple structure,low cost,but could not be membrane transplanting,and unable to achieve precise planting trajectory.According to the status quo,on the basis of the understanding of existing transplanting machine at home and abroad,developed a belt clip type bare sweet potato seedling transplanting machine,has realized the sweet potato planting operation.Main research content and the innovation place is as follows:(1)Determine the belt clip type sweet potato naked seedling transplanting machine overall scheme,the way forward for the drawing of the transplanting machine type,mainly composed of walking system,sending device,planting device,clamping device and control system.(2)Put forward a kind of four connecting rod type planting structure,and designed by the incomplete gear mechanism,connecting rod,gear and rack mechanism and planting device is composed of four bar linkage.According to the sweet potato seedling transplanting seedlings of the agronomic requirements of track,with the design of the connecting rod mechanism motion trajectory deviation with the theoretical minimum establish objective function,using the Matlab optimization toolbox provided by multivariable constrainednonlinear function optimization function fmincon calculated all parameters of the four-bar linkage;Using incomplete gear mechanism,the combination of the connecting rod and gear rack mechanism to realize the intermittent reciprocating swing of planting connecting rod;So that the planting device to realize precise trajectory of planting assignments.(3)A device to send miao is designed.Mainly composed of slot wheel mechanism and synchronous belt transmission,to achieve the intermittent movement of the synchronous belt with intermittent oscillation of the planting device,provide seedling planting device.(4)Bare clip-on sweet potato seedling transplanting machine control system.The function of control system is based on software process control water electromagnetic valve opening and the action of cylinder,to achieve water homework and seedling refers to clamp and release.Through the proteus and keil joint simulation verify the feasibility of control system.(5)Transplanting machine walking frame and transmission system design.Using Solid Works software to establish 3 d model of each parts using Solid Works simulation finite element analysis was carried out on the major parts of the transplanting machine,ensure the parts of the transplanting machine operation to be safe and reliable.(6)In this paper,the orthogonal test of the transplanting device was conducted,and the configuration of rice transplanting parameters was discussed according to the orthogonal test table.To compare the situation of drought,the effect of planting soil,the optimal parameters for planting rice transplanting device height from the ground is set to 80 mm,transplanting machine speed 0.3 m/s,transplanting planting distance is set to 250 mm;For soil drought and not coated planting condition,the optimal parameters of planting seedling plant height from the ground is set to 80 mm,transplanting machine speed 0.2 m/s,transplanting planting distance is set to 200 mm.For better soil water conditions,the effect of planting condition,the optimal parameters for planting rice transplanting device height from the ground is set to 120 mm,transplanting machine speed 0.4 m/s,transplanting planting distance is set to 200 mm.For soil water condition is good,the situation of the effect of planting the optimal parameters of planting planting device height from the ground is set to 120 mm,transplanting machine speed 0.3 m/s,transplanting planting distance is set to 300 mm.
