The Study on the environmental suitability evaluation of organic grape production is the environmental suitability standard and specification of organic grape producing areas.It is the main problem to develop organic grape planting and the key to the success of the industry.The study improves the research method,scientifically determine the environmental suitability evaluation method of the organic grape production,has important application value and practical significance to guide the development of organic grape.Regional division of the advantage is the development strategy and macro guiding principle of organic grape producing areas.The division is conducive to promoting the regional concentration of organic grape and playing a regional comparative advantage.To a certain extent,it improves technical content,reduce the average cost,and improve the efficiency of resource allocation.It increases the income of farmers,i organic grape the competitiveness of domestic and foreign markets,organic grape quality and the need of the target market.It protects the environment and provides reference for the government.Methods of literature research,field survey,comparative analysis,expert consultation and mathematical induction are used in this article,Conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The Study on the environmental suitability evaluation of organic grape productionThe theory of environmental suitability evaluation is established,including evaluation procedure and the evaluation model.Then,the index system is established,including index system model and evaluation index.Finally,calculate the weight of each index.We can get the method of the environmental suitability evaluation.Analytic hierarchy process can calculate the weights of the 15 indexes by analytic hierarchy process.Environmental factors of water,soil,air quality and the soil fertility.Restricting factor of varieties.The climate factors of moisture,temperature,illumination,latitude and altitude.Social factors of market conditions and the local economy.Then,according to the mean scores given by experts,We use a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the comprehensive evaluation value.At last,we can use this value to determine the origin is the most suitable,suitable or not suitable for organic grape cultivation.The most suitable range is 0.7?1.0,suitable range is 0.4?0.7,not suitable range is 0?0.4.According to the requirements of organic grape for environmental water,soil and air quality,this article carries these three targets out of the expert evaluation.The selection of water,soil and air indicators is based on the organic standards,At the same time,refer to the relevant documents,we can Adjust the indexes and limit value.Three comprehensive pollution indexes of water,soil and air which use the Nemero pollution index method to calculate can substitute the average index of the expert.2.The study on the regional advantages of organic grapePrinciple and influencing factors of regional division are established.The study is based on the comparative advantage theory,Statistics,analysis and comparison of conventional and organic grape grape planting data.The study refers to the distribution of common grape area,researches the reason for the formation of conventional grape planting in Yangtze River Delta region.Using the mathematical induction,organic grape area mainly,distributes in the northwest region(Xinjiang,Gansu),the Bohai Bay Area(Shandong,Liaoning)and North China(Inner Mongolia).The basic distribution in latitude 35 degrees to 43 degrees.It forecasts organic grape will develop to the south in the next few years At the same time,the study analyzes the reasons for the distribution differences of organic and conventional grape.
