| In view of the current breeding and productions of poultry, the poultry welfare can not be satisfied, therefore inducing poultry make stress reaction to corresponding outside factors, followed by a series of health problems, which are prone to exert negative influence on food safety. Our study aimed at analyzing the internal decipline of glucose metabolism and determining measures to maintain people health. We always thought PAH is only affected by pulmonary artery before, until recent years, we have found that the process of AS was also related to cardiac energy metabolism. With technologies of H.E, IHC, RT-qPCR and Western Blot, besides the pathomorphism of cardiac,we also explored the expression of rate-limiting enzymes during glycolysis in gene and protein level. The results are as follows, compared with the control group, the positive proportions of PFK1, p-PFK2(Ser466) and PKM2 in AS group are higher significantly than that of control:1) The data in AS group about PFK and PKM2 from perspective of gene is 1.92±0.14(P<0.05) and 3.85±0.31(P<0.05); 2)The data in AS group about PFK1, p-PFK2(Ser466) and PKM2 from perspective of protein is 1.18±0.04(P<0.01),1.06±0.16(P<0.05) and 0.93±0.06(P<0.01). In conclusion, compared to the normal chicken, the AS cardiac glycolysis is continuously stimulated and thus provide sufficient ATP to maintain the normal functions of cardiac. |
