Rice is one of the most important food crops in the world.In this study,Chromosome Segment Substitution lines(CSSL)was constructed use the rice elite line 93-11 as receptor parent,the other parent Guang Lu Ai 4 as the donor.During chromosome segment substitution lines RD11,RD12,RD13 were identified,a KASP marking system was established.In the improvement of varieties,we set up a molecular breeding program based on germplasm identification,parental shape and hybrid combination.The main results are as follows:93-11 was used as the receptor,and Guang Lu Ai 4 as the donor,after crossing once,backcross three times and inbred once,chromosome segment substitution lines were built.The chromosome segment substitution line(CP1 population)consists of 82 chromosome segment substitution lines.1 We designed 600 KASP primers,which are on the basis of re-sequencing database3000 rice varieties applied and 6 k gene chip probes’ sequence information.Among them,KASP was conducted 51 rice varieties(including chromosome segment substitution lines)by using 363 primers,which can be applied to the identification of chromosome segment substitution lines.2 Genotypes in the diagram showed that 51 varieties(including chromosome segment substitution lines)could display a gene module,the fertility genes(Rf-1,Rf-3,Rf-4)included,and the rule genes inherit in form of molecular modules,indicaing that "Parts assembled into the machine"-molecular module breeding is feasible.3 The detection with 363 SNP markers revealed that CSSL14,CSSL32 and CSSL53 were the chromosome segment substitution lines for each other,and the plant height and panicle type changed significantly after the substitution of the chromosome fragment.4 KASP marker detection suggested that 363 SNP markers have advantages of high efficiency,low cost,high polymorphism,a molecular breeding database with genotypes of 51 varieties in 363 molecular marker was set up,which can be used for optimization design of breeding5 The polymorphism in the 11 th chromosome between 93-11(Yang Rice 6,2001),and Guang Lu Ai 4 is 0.417,which conforms to the requirements for drawing,position and effect groups.6 Chromosome segment substitution lines of 93-11 were constructed,such as 9311 A,quan 93-11 A,9311S,93-11 Y,9311H and so on,where including sterile lines and restorer lines and they could be applied in hybrid rice breeding.7 9 You 78,from the combination 93-11 as the sterile line with JinHui 780 as the restorer line,has comprehensive advantages in high yield,good quality,disease resistance and wide adaptability.8 A molecular breeding program that consisted germplasm identification,parental shaping,hybrid combination was developed,and taking Yueyou16,9 You 78 as examples,the molecular breeding program contained "germplasm identification,shaping parents,hybrid combinations" was well proved,which was expected to be widely used in the new breeding programme.
