With the rapid development of economic,the demand for natural resources is increasing.The soil types and spatial distribution pattern in the context of land-use changes caused by rapid urbanization face threat.In order to analyze the compositions distribution of soil and land use types in Shaanxi Province,space distribution profile and both between mutual effects degrees,In support of GIS,diversity theory and associated analysis method,Shaanxi Province land use data of 1995,2005 and 2015 and soil data conducted space analysis,mathematical statistics and a series of processing,analyzes the composition,space distribution diversity and associated sex of soil and land using.We draw the following conclusions:(1)The soil types of Shaanxi Province is abundant,and the distribution in composition is relatively uniform.The compositions diversity index value of 98 soil types is 0.837 in whole province,and in 3 typical terrain of Northern Shaanxi plateau,Guanzhong Plain and the Qinling-Daba(Qinba)Mountains respectively is 0.673,0.756 0.747.The largest area of soil is yellow-brown soil of shallow sand(14605.45 km2),and the most uniform soil of spatial distribution in whole province is alluvial soil(0.838).The alluvial soil is the largest area and the most uniform in spatial distribution in the northern area of Plateau.The largest and most uniform soil type in spatial distribution of Guanzhong Plain is loessal soil.The yellow-brown soil of shallow sand is the largest soil of whole province,and centrally distribute in southern Shaanxi Province.(2)Patches and the spatial distribution of 6 land use types changed significantly over time in Shaanxi Province in the past 20 years.Agricultural land decreased by 978.37 km2 from 1995 to 2005,and decreased by 152.44 km2 from 2005 to 2015.The area of urban construction land increased by 1013.42 km2 from 2005 to 2015.The compositions diversity index value of land use in Shaanxi Province changes slightly.The 3 most uniform types of land use of spatial distribution are grassland,farmland and forest land.The urban construction land shows a more uniform trend during the study.The spatial distribution of land-use types vary from region to region.The most uniform types of land use is grassland in Northern Shaanxi plateau,the most uniform types of land use is farmland in Guanzhong Plain,and the 2 most uniform types of land use are grassland and forest land in Qinling-Daba(Qinba)Mountains.The urban and rural construction land is more widely distributed on the time scale than in the earlier period in the 3 topographic areas.(3)From 1995 to 2015,the correlation of soil and different land use types have some changes.From the results of overlay between soil and land use,the public area of agricultural land and soils decreases,and industrial,residential land in urban and rural areas increase significantly.In the last 20 years,correlation analysis can be found in the table.The relevance between 4 types of suitable farming soil types and cultivated land is attenuate,and the relevance between 3 soil types widely distributed and urban construction land has continued to improve.Both of the phenomena are resulted from the process of urbanization.The correlation coefficient between grasslandy aeolian sandy soil and the unused land was significantly higher than the other two types of soil in Northern Shaanxi plateau.The correlation coefficient of loessal soil and oil soil and the farmland was changes slightly in Guanzhong Plain.The correlation coefficient of yellow-brown soil of shallow sand and the urban and rural construction land showed increasing trend in two research periods in Qinling-Daba Mountains.
