| A lot of vinegar residue were generated in vinegar making industry.After being fermented,it became Vinegar Residue substrate which is a new gardening organic matrix.Vinegar residue contains crude protein,crude fat,nitrogen free extract,calcium,phosphorus and other nutritions,which are very valuable.It is necessary to carry out systematic research as the cultivation substrate.In order to further improve the quality of cultivated vinegar residue substrate,we can screen a certain concentration of 24-epibrassinolide in cultivation substrate and investigate the effects of 24-epibrassinolide on growth,photosynthetic characteristics of cherry plants,as it can provide a theoretical basis for the plant growth regulators effective using in vinegar residue substrates for improving the quality of production.With cherry tomato cultivar ’Qianxi’ as test material,the vinegar residue,peat and vermiculite mixed in different proportions applied in the cultivation of cherry tomato were studied in order to filter out suitable substrate formulation of cherry tomato cultivation;the effect of suitable vinegar residue substrate cultivation container on growth,yield and quality of cherry tomato were studied;In order to select appropriate concentrations of 24-epibrassinolide for the cultivation of cherry tomato,we investigate the effects of different concentrations of 24-epibrassinolide on growth,photosynthetic characteristics,yield and fruit quality of cherry plants.Main research results were as follows:1.Adding a certain amount of peat and vermiculite into vinegar residue produced a increase in pH,electrical conductivity(EC),the content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and available potassium,while the bulk density and water holding porosity were decreased,ventilation conditions of the mixed substrates was significantly improved.The experiment in cultivation showed that the mixed substrates promoted the growth of cherry tomato,improved the content of chlorophyll and the net photosynthetic rate(Pn);In addition,vinegar residue substrate could improve the yield,quality of fruits and commodity value of cherry tomato.As for tomato plants of T5(vinegar residue substrate:peat:vermiculite=5:3:2),the indicators of growth,photosynthetic parameters,yield and fruit quality were significantly higher than control.It indicated that vinegar residue mixed substrates can replace the traditional substrate(peat:vermiculite=2:1)as a soilless cultivation substrate of cherry tomato,in which the mixed substrates of vinegar residue substrate:peat:vermiculite=5:3:2 performed best.2.Different type of cherry tomato cultivation containers for fruit growth,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),yield and fruit quality tests showed that cherry tomato plants of bucket cultivation treatment(T)are robust;Compared with the other two treatments,barrel cultivation(T)significantly increased the yield and number of fruits per plant cherry tomat,and a significant increase in levels of soluble sugar,soluble solids,vitamin C and lycopene in fruits.It illustrated that barrel cultivated organic matrix(T)improved fruit yield and quality,and cultivation barrels can be used as suitable container for cherry tomato organic substrate cultivation.3.The experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of different concentrations(0.05,0.10,0.20,0.40 mg·L-1)of 24-epibrassinolide on chlorophyll content,gas exchange parameters,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,yield and fruit quality of cherry plants.The results showed that the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and transpiration rate(Tr)were significantly enhanced by 0.05,0.10 and 0.20 mg·L-1 EBR.Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters such as ΦPSII,Fv’/Fm’,qp and ETR were significantly increased at the concentration of 0.10 mg·L-1 EBR,the activities of carbonic anhydrase and Rubisco were also increased by EBR.In addition,0.10 mg·L-1 EBR significantly increased levels of lycopene and beta-carotene,soluble solids,soluble sugar and vitamin C in cherry fruit,and also EBR significantly increased fruit weight and yield by 17.5%and 33.6%as compared to the control,respectively.These results indicated that EBR could improve the yield and quality of tomato fruits by strengthening the photosynthetic enzymatic activity and promoting growth,and the treated concentration of 0.10 mg·L-1 EBR showed the best effects on growth in cherry tomato plants. |
