Agrostis is one of the most common type of cold season grass in the modern landscaping and sports venues construction.In China climate transition zone as the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river.It is widely used because of its low resistance trim,long green period and fine texture.But there are poor drought resistance,Intolerance with salinity and summering difficult issues in this region.It will have practical significance when we learn the different resistant between different Traits,and make the right choice of good varieties of urban garden and playground.Moreover,Using growth substances control salt resistance can improve bentgrass turf quality in salt area.With bentgrass imported from abroad in recent years as the research object in this test.This article do the research from three aspects,as the evaluation of adaptability in field,and screening with drought resistance and salt resistance,as well as physiological regulation of creeping bentgrass with three kinds of exogenous substances under salt stress.We will do the field observation and pot experiment,to evaluate different bentgrasses,Discussion the effect of exogenous substance on creeping bentgrass under salt stress,when spraying K2SO4,Ascorbic acid,Glycine betaine to the leaf.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:We made 10 varieties of bentgrass for NTEP evaluation in the field,the results indicate:BT020,BTO10's TQ significantly superior to other varieties,BT005,BT020's coverage was significantly better than other varieties,TQ,coverage and color of BT017 are significantly worse than other varieties,But on the texture,BT017 has highest score,BT010,BT018 have low scores,They all shown significant differences with other species.The pot experiment of 8 varieties of bentgrass evaluation of drought resistance and salt resistance,the results indicate:It bring about the phenomenon of turf quality decline,the leaf withered and yellow,growth slowing under drought and salt stress.BT005 got the highest score under drought stress,significantly better than BT004,BT021,BT017.the TQ of BT017 and BT021 are significantly worse than other varieties under salt stress.BT017 are the worst under drought resistance and salt resistance,Showed significant difference with other varieties.Salt stress results in the decrease of L-93's turf quality,the decrease of Relative Water Content,and increase the Electrolyte leakage,decrease the cell membrane stability,as well as made the decrease of antioxidant enzymes activity.Spraying on the leaf with K2SO4 or Ascorbic acid under salt stress,Can significantly improve the relative water content,decrease the Electrolyte leakage,and lower leaf content of Na+ accumulation,improve leaf content of K+.Moreover,It can enhance L-93's cell oxidation resistance to a certain extent.Significantly increase the activity of Catalase,and lower the Malondialdehyde content.
