Survey Of PRV Wild Virus Infection And Analysis Of PRV Purification Strategy Of Some Large-scale Pig Farms In Henan Province In 2012-2013

Pseudorabies is caused by pseudorabies virus.The disease caused huge economic losses to the pig industry in China because PRV wild virus infection is on the rise in large-scale farms in recent years.At the same time,the emergence of the PRV virulent strains presented a great challenge to vaccine.PRV vaccine was mainly used swine pseudorabies virus gE gene deleted vaccine in the market.PRV gE antibody detection kit can be used to detect the antibodies of PRV wild virus infection.In this study,the PRV gE antibody detection kit produced by the United States IDEXX kit company,which is most widely used in current market,is evaluated the PRV wild virus infection for 43 large-scale pig farms in Henan province and wherein the five farms were focused on monitoring.In addition to the five key monitoring farms,the rest of the farms sent 26 batches samples in 2012,in which the PRV gE antibodies positive had 19 batches,accounting for 73.1%;in 2013 a total of 39 batches of censorship sample,which PRV gE antibodies had 24 batches,accounting for 61.5%.Overall results showed that large-scale pig farms in Henan province of PRV-positive wild virus infection ration remained high.The effect of production management level and the PRV control measures were also differences between the different scale pig farms was huge.For the five key monitoring farms,the study concluded that the PRV prevention problems and some effective prevention and control measures by analysis and discussion the background information,immunization,monitoring and bio-security and other aspects of the farms.The problem of current infection of pig farms PRV wild virus and purification were analyzed by the monitored and evaluated results.The measures and suggestions of wild virus purification for PRV were proposed.
