| The effects of different forms of organic fertilizer on the soil characters, rhizosphere microbial functional diversity, growth and development of tobacco, coordination of tobacco leaf chemical components, physical characteristics and economic traits after baking was studied. The results showed that:1.Effect of Organic Fertilizer on tobacco growth and development. Agronomic characters of tobacco were better in organic fertilizer application treatment than the control group 60 days and 90 days after transplanting. The average number of leaves was 0.87 of higher than the control, stem girth, leaf length and leaf width also increased. Precisely, the biological carbon treatment was best, followed by dry vegetables, milk vetch and oil seed meal treatment.2 Effect of organic fertilizer application on soil characteristics. Application of different organic fertilizer could increase soil organic matter and available phosphorus content in varying degrees, and improved the soil catalase, urease and invertase activity to a certain extent.3. effect of organic fertilizer application on rhizosphere microbial functional diversity. It was showed that each organic fertilizer application on soil microbial diversity was not obvious in tobacco earlier and later stage from the principal component analysis. There was a significant difference with other treatments in the popular and long-term food dry milk vetch.4. Effect of organic fertilizer application on chemical composition of tobacco after baking. Application of organic fertilizer slightly improved the quality of upper leaves of tobacco, but obvious in lower and middle leaves, potassium content in tobacco leaves were increased by 2.7%,4%,5.7%,3.4% respectively. Total sugar and reducing sugar were increased significantly. Chlorine content is low in biochar treatment.5. Effect of organic fertilizer application on physical characteristics of baking tobacco. Tobacco physical indicators (tobacco leaf area, leaf thickness, leaf weight increased, stem ratio) in organic fertilizer treatments were better than the control.6. Effect of organic fertilizer application on economic traits of baking tobacco. Organic fertilization could improve the yield and quality of tobacco. Dry vegetables treatments could significantly improve the yield and the average price of tobacco, the performs of this treatment was best; biochar could significantly increase the proportion of upper class and middle class tobacco leaves and average price of tobacco, while have no significant impact on yields; the output value and the proportion of upper class and middle class tobacco leaves was increased in Chinese milk vetch and oil seed meal treatment. |
