| Taking the initiative to eliminate sows can maintain the reasonable structure ensure high yield and improve the economic benefits of farm, passive elimination rate of sows will affect the stability of production, increase the cost of breeding. To investigate the influence of reproductive life reason of sow in a Large-scale Pig Farm in Guangdong, the methods of clinical observation, field tracking and statistics analysis were used to investigate and analyze, the results are as follows:From May 2015 to February 2016, sow herded 1350 on average every month, a total of 485 sows eliminated, elimination rate was 35.93%(485/l350). Due to the field construction site for less than 3 years, the active elimination rate of the sow was 0, the passive elimination rate of 100%.In different months, the number of sows eliminated was different, October was the most, the proportion was 4.87%; Sow elimination rate was 4.52% in December; the number of sows eliminated was least in February, the proportion was 2.41%.In each of elimination the reasons, reproductive disorders, the proportion of endometritis, limb hoof disease, death and other reasons caused sow elimination were 25.57%,42.47%,7.01%,19.67% and 5.98%, the proportion of sows elimination of endometritis and reproductive failure accounted for more than half of the total, which were the main reasons, and endometritis for the sows eliminated is the largest cause.In the elimination of all parities of sows, elimination rate of 3 and 4 fetal sows were largest, accounted for 55.06%, among them,3 fetal sows eliminated the most, accounting for 31.55%.5 fetal sows eliminated the least, only 6.80%,In sow death investigation, due to acute gastrointestinal flatulence, postpartum fever, dystocia, and uterine removal, gastrointestinal bleeding, long-term food and other causes of death in sows, the proportion of the total number of deaths was 28.26%,15.22% and 30.43% respectively, The highest proportion of sow death, acute gastrointestinal flatulence times.In a survey of causes of sow endometritis in childbirth:sow morbidity having dig fetal midwifery experience was 100%(20/20), intravenous injection of oxytocin midwifery, diseased sow 25%(1/4), the retention of afterbirth diseased sow 58.11%(43/74), fetal retention of weaning sows after the onset of 92.31%(12/13), the production process is too long,67.86%(38/56) after weaning. The dig fetal midwifery and not dig fetal had extremely significant difference (P<0.01); Whether the use of oxytocin both exist significant difference (P<0.05); Exist in very significant difference (P<0.01) between afterbirth stranded and sows endometritis; Fetal retention and sow endometritis, between the two exists significant difference (P=0.01); Sow production process is too long and the sow normal production process both exist extremely significant difference (P< 0.01).In the survey of the body surface of the sows, it was found that obvious damage is 4.93% in the parts of the body surface of the sow, the injury of the sow milk tray and the arm of the fore arm were the most, which accounted for 16.7% and 16.02% of the total body surface damage.Conclusion:through the investigation and analysis find that the farm has no significant outbreak of the whole year, sows eliminated factors mainly is non infectious factors; Sow elimination rate was 35.93%,which all were passively and highly eliminated; Sow endometritis and reproductive disorders as main reason to affect the elimination of the sows, therefore, do a good job in the prevention and control of sow endometritis and reproductive disorders, which is of great significance to improve the field sow reproductive life. |
