| Quercus liaotungensis is the main component of the temperate zone deciduous broad-leaved forest and temperate zone conifer and broadleaf mixed forest, and its soil and water conservation function is good, strong resistance, wide adaptability, it is a preference forest species for soil and water conservation. In order to get a better afforestation effect, this paper in-depth study the choice about seedling types, habitats and senson of planted Quercus liaotungensis forest in Taihang Rocky Mountain Area, and transplanted three kind of Quercus liaotungensis seedlings in four conditions that grouped by two habitat types and two transplanted seasons in the south of Taihang mountain PingShun county Liujia village. By analysizing some indexs of growth, survival rate, root development and leaf physiology to study the influence of transplanted habitat and season for three Quercus liaotungensis seedlings’ formation, with a view to provide theoretical and practical basis for the latter large-scale afforestation. The conlusion are as follows:(1) It is significantly that shady habitats in favour of the development of three seedlings various parts of organs, especially fine root growth and development, inhibiting effect of sunny habitats to the bare root seedlings’ growth was significantly, while to container seedlings’ is weak.(2) Spring planting is more conducive to the height and diameter growth, biomass accumulation and to obtain a high survival rate of three-age and two-age bare root seedlings. The survival rate of three-age bare root seedling after spring afforestation one year both are beyond 80%, autumn afforestation both are bellow 70%; The survival rate of two-age bare root seedling after spring afforestation one year both are beyond 90%, autumn afforestation both are bellow65%; Both spring and autumn planting of bare root seedlings,in the spring have different degrees of dieback phenomenon, and autumn planting condition has a higher degree. Planting season has no significant effect on the ground and underground growth of two-age container seedling.(3) During the whole growth period, the height and diameter growth of three Quercus liaotungensis seedlings are no significant, the growing is very slow. June and July are critical time of survival rate variation to the three kind of seedlings. The fine root diameter between 0.0mm and 0.6mm is the main component of Quercus liaotungensis seedling fine root length, the three seedlings’ length ratio of D1 diameter are all above 60%. Root development is main during Quercus liaotungensis seedlings growth period, distribute the main biomass to the root, the root biomass ratio are all abve 0.53, the root and shoot ratio are all above 1.13. |
