To explore different planting density and nitrogen fertilization process, the impact on the quality of tobacco leaf tobacco organizational structure development and baked. Different planting density and nitrogen fertilization process, the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco is different. The total sugar content, sugar content, starch content increased with planting density increases with increasing amount of nitrogen decreases the total nitrogen and nicotine content with planting density increases and decreases with the amount of nitrogen increases. In the process of growth and development of tobacco, tobacco leaf thickness, Leaf Weight, palisade tissue thickness, sponge tissue thickness, palisade tissue density of the blade with total sugar, reducing sugar, starch content was significantly negatively correlated with total nitrogen and nicotine contentThere was a significant positive correlation. Low levels of nitrogen application, planting density had no effect on pigment content, high levels of nitrogen rate, chlorophyll content increased with planting density increases. In the whole growth process of tobacco, with the increase of nitrogen, pigment content increases.3. The total sugar, reducing sugar, starch content increased with the increase of planting density and nitrogen application rate decreases; nicotine and total nitrogen with the planting density increases and decreases with the increase of nitrogen increases; high nitrogen fertilizer the amount, Schmuck value increases with the increase of planting density, low application rate, Schmuck value decreases with the increase of planting density after the first increased; under high nitrogen application, with the increase of planting density, potassium chlorine ratio decreased first and then increased at low application rate,ratio of potassium to chlorine in tobacco leaves showed then decreases. Through the rear flue-cured tobacco chemical composition of the coordination of grilled tobacco comprehensive evaluation found that from a single indicators, planting density and nitrogen fertilizer on the starch content of flue-cured tobacco, nicotine content, sugar, nicotine,chlorine and potassium ratio greater impact.4. Different planting density and nitrogen fertilizer on tobacco yield, production value,fine tobacco ratio, the proportion of superior tobacco and other economic traits differ,planting density of 13,500 hm-2nitrogen rate was 120 Kg·hm-2(A2B1) a combination of value, the highest average price, planting density of 13,500hm-2, Nitrogen was 180 Kg·hm-2(A2B2) yield, the highest fine tobacco ratio.
