| In traditional fruits production process, most of operating procedures rely on manual work. For example, workers pick fruits and trim branches by using ladder or just stand on the floor to do this kind of work, which has high labor intensity, low operational efficiency and risk a lot. With the continuous improvement of labor costs, the demand for mechanize orchard management has become more and more urgent. The most popular products for R & D and usage is lifting work platform which has many functions, such as transportation, branches trimming and fruits picking assistance. But most fruit trees in the southern China are planted in the hilly and mountainous areas which have complex terrain,more slope, while there is not a suitable platform car for orchards in southern hilly region.Therefore, the research and development of the agricultural machinery to improve the mechanization level of South Orchard Management has important significance, and the lifting platform also has a positive impact on fruits picking. In view of the present situation and the demand of domestic orchard management machinery, this paper focus on the lifting work platform for assisting fruits picking and trees trimming. The main work of this paper includes:1. According to the requirements of the height and space of fruits trees, we know the general design parameters of electric crawler multifunctional orchard lifting platform, and adopt shear-fork type hydraulic lifting mechanism through the comparison of the lifting mechanism and the combination with demand. We make sure about its dimension, power and the other parameters.2. On the basis of determined electric crawler multifunctional orchard lifting mechanism parameters, we begin to design and select the model of the main parts of hydraulic system, which mainly includes hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps and so on;And we work on the relationship between the force of hydraulic cylinder and key parameters, meanwhile calculation and verification to make its operation smoothly.3. We rely on the CATIA software to complete the assembly drawing of the lifting operation platform of the electric crawler type multifunctional orchard. CATIA three-dimensional entity model is imported into ADAMS software, and its motion simulation analysis is carried out. The dynamic characteristic of the lifting platform is obtained by using ADAMS to carry out the movement simulation analysis of the shear fork lift mechanism model.4. The lifting platform established in CATIA and shear fork arm of the solid model are imported into ANSYS software. We work on the mesh generation, applied load, and setting the boundary conditions to analysis the lifting platform and shear fork arm static strength. All the work is to ensure that the mechanism can meet the design requirements,equipment safety can be improved.5. The trial manufacture of the prototype should be completed and the performance test of the lifting platform should be carried out. Then test the lifting speed of the lifting platform to verify that the lifting process is stable. |
